The crystalline beings are with you. The crystalline grid is activated.

You worked at activations in past year, with other gentle souls you know of.

The next message I now give is concerning crystalline heart awakenings of the Per-a-mitha spheres.  The Lemurian white brotherhood was initiator of such teachings in the past on your planet.

The pyramidical shape can BE shapen around your body and SEEN from apex point above your heads, to the base below your feet. The shape of the Mitha*  is IN your heart space. Hold the focus of its Middle, or center axis, in your heart. SEE your heart become crystalline like and fluidly inhale all colors of Light. The work of the crystalline heart becomes like a prism star shining Light All around, a natural state-like shine with almost no effort of perpetual work, it is Light of All sort, glowing around your energy field. Let the apex function through, as a insertion point of the Father energy, sent to the prismic heart of the crystal.The base will receive all Lights below in a cleansing and streaming mode. The base touches the Mother, conducting the Father energy of Mu Ra, into the loins of Shi, ergo, your Mother. The energy was once referred to, yes, as you know my friend, as the Shi Mu Ra energy, also known as the Lemurian Lights. This practice was much practiced among the Lion Beings on Sirius, we gave this practice to the Sirian Humanoids to expand their Cores, so they could pre-text them to your ancient cultures of Lyran-Sirian descent. They were closely related to the Mu culture and the later Atlantian Race.

The Crystal Skulls are knowledge baskets, containers of certain codes to be “downloaded” when some of you are ready to download them! Certain crystals below your Earthly crust hold also certain knowledge of Light.

We ask you All to work with these Lemurian Lights again, to awaken your crystalline shapes Inside your dormant cell structures.
