The Truth of it
Dear souls, In the past there have been many wrong doings and mistakes on your Earth. Now we ask you to rise above it all and use the gift of love within your hearts to face these lower doings which eventually will come to surface. We see you making progress in this process. The steps of a child are now being taken. The dark ones have always mirrored and reflected your own fears back at you, because it is their game of control. It is their habit. We offer you transparency and love. Kindness of our hearts in which we see Source reflected. We ask you to do the same. Create love and harmony around you and choose your friends in resonance of yourself. The more souls who choose love and harmony , the quicker the path is paved with Light. Remember to release the old of low and to embrace the speeding of high. In truth you still know that path, but it has been slumbering in the low. Remembrance is key. Question is, do you all have the wish to proceed to speed yourselves up again and return to your true forms or do you wish to stay in the low. Dear souls, you are asked to do your work, your clearings and activations to return to your true selves. In order to raise the crossbar of consciousness, your own work is essential. Your creation of a new earth begins with oneself. In order to fly towards higher consciousness, one needs to obtain freedom of itself. One must be free. This freedomfield, which is Centered in ones own heart-space can be reached, by letting go, in releasing its emotions of the mind. Never before has mankind been given the opportunity to reach for a full Ascension of All on it. Now we tell you, you can do it, but you should strive for the highest self, the best possible self you can be and therefore your goal could show itself very soon. Sure we of course know of your wish to see us, but we would like to see you doing your part in accessing your highest self. A Returning….. a retuning ……a shift in harmonics: Through the emergence of the solar energy, the pathway will be lain and forces of Light come your way. Density will shift, the harmonics will turn once again. A brighter truth comes forth of day and the land of the young cries a born. The box will hopefully be graced and the sands will surely shut the tune. A cross bar of the course and a circle of winged light caresses the Earth. Dear souls, Your lives have, till now, been of hardship and of learning necessary lessons to go up in the vibrations of ones soul. You will feel much more uplifted soon, when the energies will strengthen you that are being sent from the Central Sun and poured through Ra, your own Sun. The new waves of Light shine bright, so open your hearts and chakras for this new Light. From our craft, in cloaked “vision”, we watch your progress, each in your own way. We would now like to give you an exercise, for you All to practice with: It is called, the Sun / Star exercise. We ask you now to bring your vibrations to your heart and bring Light from you heart / source, into your emotional scale of you cocoon of Light around you. We would like you to envision your emotions getting filled with Light particles, Light energy, flowing outward from your heart. Your own Star. All should envision this now. Hold your Light stream steady for about 3 minutes and keep sending Light from your heart / source, pour Light outward in all directions and after 3 minutes stop and go to your heart / source again. When you are ready focus only on your heart again. Hold this Love and Light with you ALL the time, dear souls. It is your REAL YOU. BE your Star. We, from the Ashtar Command, give you this exercise in Love and Light. A future of Love we intent for you ALL to BE. A great new society for you to live in your full potential, as Beings of Light and Energy. When you become full aware of what you ARE, we wish you to set aside all current negativities you still might be having. The exercise we have given you here, is to be done every day, from now on, to clear and cleanse you ALL of emotional baggage (negativities) you still might be having, to a degree which accommodate you better, as to complete your path for the future.
