I talked  with St. Germain on Thursday 15 December and he told me I should put this online for you all. Mostly he talks to me personally and for personal development, but this time it was meant for ALL to hear and to read. It contains the visualization exercise in it.

BN:        For what?
St. G:     For a new kind of LOVE. A new flame.
BN:        How so? Please explain St. Germain.
St. G:     Love in Divine Hearts Flame = New Love on Earth
              Yes, enjoy this new LOVE.
Your heart holds a threefold flame which is divine. So we ask you to see three flames inside your heart.
              Move into these colours à Blue, Green and Purple
Combine them into one spiraling flame, the colours merge.
              This combined flame uplifts the heart frequency and so your vibration
BN:        But is it different then the other threefold flames?
ST. G:    Yes very!
BN:        Please explain better, so I can understand?
St. G:     Other flames are healing flames and ascension flames
              This one is instant upliftment. It is new.

St. G:     Just see three flames and their colours, Bareld
See them curling towards each other.
They mix their colours and swirl inside each other.
A blue-ish colour emerges, not like the violet flame of healing and transformation, but a blue-ish  flame.
It is upliftment of the upper chakras as explained in a recent Kumara channeling, which was put on the web.
BN:        What is the difference?
St. G:     This is instant; if you visualize it correctly!
The frequency of this new emerging flame gives instant upliftment à new love emerges !
BN:        For whom is this message?
St. G:     For you and for ALL souls
              It awakens your upper chakras
BN:        You mean the new upper chakras?
ST.G:     Yes the new emerged chakras, so the higher heart etc…
BN:        I do not know Kumara? Who is he?
St. G:     Kumara is a friend. He lived in China and India once.
Once the flame IS, you extend the flame from your heart around your body. Stay with this for about 1 minute, then bring the flame back into your heart. Keep it burning there. It IS. It will remain with you, like the other flames.
BN:        So it awakens a soul to the new chakras, instantly, so to uplift into new energies of love?
