A simple meditation exercise to get back in touch with your heart
The heart many people will know through the physical knowledge of it, but do they also know the metaphysical heart, or even better, the inner heart?
Are you one of those head, or mind people, meaning being part of about 99% of our society which is formed in the head/brain / mind orientated human state, of modern times, then I give you all a small meditation exercise to get back in touch with your heart. The heart and its deep knowledge seizes back on the Egyptian knowledge of the Ib (or Ab), and also the time of the teachings of Jesus Christ.
Relaxation exercise, before going into meditation:
If you are not used to meditation, go ahead and first do a simple relaxation exercise for your first time to flow and BE in the right state of BEing, so you can go further and deeper later on and feel the BEing.
Relax first. Go sit comfortably in your own lounge chair, or go and lie down, if you find that more comfortable. Close your eyes and do this little breathing exercise.
If you made yourself comfy by lying nice and easy, or sit in a reclining position that allows you to ensure a good flow of energy, of the chi , or ki. Put in the interim quiet breathing, in and out, through your belly. Feel completely quiet and calm.
Then, we do three inhalations and exhalations, in the following way.
On the inhale, inhale gently through your stomach, all the way go INto your root chakra. Say in mind, or out loud, your name, in full, followed by your date of birth (e.g. like this:. Peter Johnson, 12-09-1985). Then breathe out gently.
Repeat this breathing and your name with date of birth twice after the first one, so you totally have done this three times. After the third time your MerKaBa will slowly start to rotate, automatically. Do not think about this now, or ON it, let it just BE.
Then you breathe quietly in a relaxed and calm state of BEING.
The meditation practice of flowing from your inner mind, INto your inner heart:
After your breathing relaxation you feel and see yourself (visualized) in the room IN our head, what we actually "normally" are very accustomed to, the main head or mind consciousness. See and feel yourself sitting IN your head, on a chair in your room, inside your head. See that room as well lit. And look around IN your headroom, take it IN and let it quietly go, because we're going to focus on the door leading to the stairs (or if you like, the elevator), going down stairs. The door to the stairs (or elevator) will help us. Feel yourself first sitting in that chair, feel it, you're sitting there, in that room, that chair, FEEL IT as REAL what we are experiencing now, for that’s what IS happening. Arise, out of that chair, feel yourself standing up and walking to the door, because we're going to open it. Open the door, and FEEL what’s happening. Then you step into that doorway, on the first step down the stairs ... it's a winding staircase, who scores downward as far as you can look down, going all the way down (when you find it easier to visualize an elevator, stand in the elevator and press one of the buttons in the elevator button, which says H is for: Heart). Then you walk further down, FEEL this, FEEL yourself, go down and give yourself no fear feeling along with it, let that go, as you go further down, breathe quietly, calmly, IN and out, as calmness is withIN you, as you go more down, you continue to BE more calmly and continue until you suddenly come to a door that says H. FEEL that door, FEEL yourself, then try to knock on that door and see if it will open for you?
Do not go in yet. Let me know how it went this far! Or if you do see Jesus Immanuel Sananda, follow him and do go IN. He will guide your perfectly, always...in all ways.
Do the meditation so far first. Breathe in and out and come back quietly to yourself, be calm and if you feel you want to open your eyes again, then open them up, keep breathing quietly and calmly. You can then also calmly shake your hands and arms a bit, move them a bit and come back to yourself.
Do this as often as you need to feel the flow...from head to heart. Really feel it. Than when the door opens, you will start to see...
Namaste
Note: The inner heart exploring is another matter and requires more knowledge and practice. The landscape in there is an exploration of yourself and if you wish help with that, you can email me, or ask me for a little Skype session, one on one, so I may be able to help you...
Tip: In addition, during your meditation you can also put your right hand on your heart chakra (or even both hands) and to better guide and flow your energy there, to feel it there. To feel into this, feel into how Egyptians were always buried, hands on heart, holding one's soul and connection to Source.
