 Today I got a new message from Ashtar...

 Please read it..many will find it useful, I feel...in the energy they are IN.

 I also added some things in myself, so some stuff will be understood more simply.

 Temptation

 A loaded particle?

 Dear Stars,

 The ionization of energy is a least understood part of the generative motion of energy. When Ones focus in On Love and on giving from the Heart Center, the particles of energy take on its specific frequencies and therefore flux in that vibration.

 (BN: In simple 3D terms, what you feed energy to, you will get)

 Many layers, many frequencies, reside within your 3rd dimensional space. Many are vibrating on a high wavelength of it already, merging with 4th dimensional spectry.

 (BN: Spectry are different wavelengths one can flux on or BE in)
 But we will speak of the frequencies of temptation now, which are related to focus on emotional layers and vibrations attached to it.

 Creating Light starts with focus and con-centrations on the Heart Center. The full activations of your Heart Center allows you to focus on your Light Star within.

 When One is still in the Net of Emotional calamities and focus of it, on it, one gets tightly entangled in focus of holding on to temptation(s): A loaded particle attached to an emotion or energy.

 Key for yourself is to isolate this energy and/or emotion . This is most of the time easy, for it comes often with a feeling, or vision, or even dreams!

 So when you have “discovered”, again, that fixational energy or loaded energy within your emotional layer, you can start to re-focus and reconstruct it. One loads it with new energy, Light energy, from your Heart Center. To Lighten your Load, so to say!

 Whenever an ion is loaded it tempts to come to your attention. So the ion must BE attended to. When One holds on to loads of such ions, a load will BE carried throughout your Life or Lives. A choice however can always BE made dear Ones! Make it. Shift the Light into these old loaded particles floating in your emotional fields. Find the Ones which need attending to and lift it UP with Light streamed particles from a Heart Center connected to Source.

 Flowing the lines of tempted fixations, the ions that fix you in a hold!

 Flowing the Light, in its floatations, the ions release its energy of old!

 Attempt to redirect with Light, a flow of Love will make it right.

 Endure that flux from your heart, assured will BE your new start.

 Awakened flow is for you here, a temptation of Love, your should hold dear.
