The Heart Star
Today I come with an overdue piece of information, a page I should have started with, since I have this website online. It is on which my first communications with Starfamily actually began with and which I have been doing myself before I met them. This actually is already proof that resonant energies are drawn towards each other.
During my years of meditation which I found my way in the heart already, only through the guidance of Ascended Master Jesus Immanuel Sananda, which everybody knows as Jesus, around the world.
When I was in my learning years of connecting and awakening deeper awareness I felt to connect to Jesus at one point, where I before that connected with Native American Indian masters of Light, like White Wolf. But when I started to connect to Jesus more and learned from him, I also got more and more connected with other Ascended Masters like Dwal Kuhl and Quan Yin (or Guanyin).
I would like to point out now that it is vital to connected to a Christened Master, who has connected in Christ energy and consciousness. The second coming is all about that too, that we all get connected to Christ energy Inside, and becoming Loving Christ consciousness and become the Living Love of Source.
Three main energy Centers
Okay, now in our energy system we have three main energy centers, The Earth Center, The Heart Center and the Star Center. Each center has a main Gateway, or Portal, for the Earth Center it is the Earth Star (below in color red), the Heart Center has the Heart Star (below in color green) and the Star Center has the Soul Star (below in color yellow).
See picture below I have created for you all, a simplified diagram, of electro magnetic energy fields, where only one Star is within us (read this as physical body).

Three main energy Centers
Okay, now in our energy system we have three main energy centers, The Earth Center, The Heart Center and the Star Center. Each center has a main Gateway, or Portal, for the Earth Center it is the Earth Star (below in color red), the Heart Center has the Heart Star (below in color green) and the Star Center has the Soul Star (below in color yellow).

Now the Earth Star and Soul Star are both entrance and outgoing Stars, two way Gateways, where we connect to the Above and Below, but both lay outside of the physical body.
The top oval center is the Star Center with the Star chakra’s, like for instance pineal, Well of Dream and Third Eye. The Middle Center has the three Heart Chakra’s and the Metaphysical Inner Heart Gateway, or Door. Below Center is the Earth Center, connected to where most humans still reside, connected to the emotional and physical related flows.
Next we see below a simplified diagram of the Golden Apple, or GA, around our Three Centers, related to the causal body too and the GA has a toroid flow, which remembers all of the divine, the divine healing, the wisdom of divine knowing. Difference between causal and GA is, that GA is created from the Heart Star and enhances the Causal level. Below is the Golden Apple and the three main Gateways of our three main Centers.

The Torus of the Heart
Dear Stars,
I came with a simple task to this realm, to teach all again of the heart and its energy, it sacred energy, directly connected to the One, the Omnipresence that is within all and around us all, all Universes and Star systems. It is not of a male energy, not of a female energy, for it is of non-polarized energy. The best thing yet is, it has the same Light as the Sun, the same Light as you hold within you Hearts.
Nothing is greater than to compare it at that level of understanding, the three Bulbs, or three Orbs of Light. See and feel it from Source, to Sun and into Heart Star, going from Macro to Micro, and back again from Micro to Macro. All things are alike, of same shape, and of same energy, all in one and one in all, as the Egyptian already said, Hah, Huh, Hew, or as te Jews later translated it, Yahuweh or shortened, Yahweh. Three energies are one in fact, never separated.
Now the heart has its on torus movements as you will see below in the movie. There is a Torus field within the greater energy Torus of the Heart energy field, produced by the movement of the physical heart. You will see that the shape of the Heart is identical in shape to the torus, as its movement energy is creating stream or flow, therefore Life. The metaphysical energy is not anything but the same, only it exists and has excited way before the physical stream ever existed. The stream of Life flows first from energy nodes, particles, and valvic vortexing, as Source describes it to me.
Within the Torus of the GA, lies an X like shaped flow, that is shaped like that because of the energy flow.
Dear Stars,

You will view the flow of Life itself, which is found in every aspect of Life, be it Micro (Quantum Atoms) or even the Macro (Source). All is found within this knowing.

Awaken the Light, within you!
Now I will speak about activating the Light within, which is most important to do before you ever start with deeper meditation at all or connecting with higher beings, for resonance comes with awakened light within thy self only!
One simply cannot speak Chinese if one has not done the proper adjustment learning with it, ergo, learned the language. The same goes for learning light, awakening and meditation.
It all starts from one place, which is actually within the one place that is actually within you, the Heart Star. Yes, the above and below are quite strong and are helping with balance, but it is as always from center we must flow, nowhere else. True equilibrium lies within the Gateway of the Heart.
Most Eastern learning focus from transpherance from the Star Center and through the Soul Star, divine ascension, right? This is a noble goal, but leaves the energies away from Earth and out of focus from balance, and flying can better be done with the Gateway of the Heart.
The Masters of Ascension (JIS, Quan Yin and Sai Baba) have learned me that true earthing, flying and knowing, comes from the balance of the inner heart. “…This can only BE…”, for those who follow these Words from my higher self.
Christ consciousness needs to land within us, within our Hearts and our Being, not out of our bodies, out of our energy fields. From the within we create the outside physicality, not the other way around. Be peace and love inside, and your outside will BE in resonance. Be Love within, your body will respond in like-wise manner. Create Light within, that Light will heal your body and also energy bodies. Create non-destructive emotions, thoughts and your emotional field and thoughts and expressed/voiced emotions will follow that vibration and IN-tent. Create Life from within and Life will BE given for your physical body too.
Love IS, Life IS… and vice versa.
The word of Ahura, or Ah Hu Ra, as the guides guided me and my Crystal Twin Soul, is one of the sacred words. Now these words below flow from the guides together:
Create the first Word of Love, Aaaah, Love IS
Envision and create, BE the HU, first creation of Life. (yes, indeed connected to HU-man)
BE the Light, speak Ra, Light will follow and flow, the Dawning IS.
I will for now not go deeper with these words, for every Earth religion was given parts, or sections, of its deeper meanings.
May all love, light and creation BE within all of our Hearts soon.
