Dear souls,

Your lives have, till now, been of hardship and of learning necessary lessons to go up in the vibrations of ones soul. You will feel much more uplifted soon, when the energies will strengthen you that are being sent from the Central Sun and poured through Ra, your own Sun.

The new waves of Light shine bright, so open your hearts and chakras for this new Light.

From our craft, in cloaked “vision”, we watch your progress, each in your own way.

We would now like to give you an exercise, for you All to practice with: 

It is called, the Sun / Star exercise.

We ask you now to bring your vibrations to your heart and bring Light from you heart / source, into your emotional scale of you cocoon of Light around you. We would like you to envision your emotions getting filled with Light particles, Light energy, flowing outward from your heart. Your own Star. All should envision this now. Hold your Light stream steady for about 3 minutes and keep sending Light from your heart / source, pour Light outward in all directions and after 3 minutes stop and go to your heart / source again. When you are ready focus only on your heart again. Hold this Love and Light with you ALL the time, dear souls. It is your REAL YOU. BE your Star. 

We, from the Ashtar Command, give you this exercise in Love and Light.

A future of Love we intent for you ALL to BE. A great new society for you to live in your full potential, as Beings of Light and Energy. When you become full aware of what you ARE, we wish you to set aside all current negativities you still might be having. The exercise we have given you here, is to be done every day, from now on, to clear and cleanse you ALL of emotional baggage (negativities) you still might be having, to a degree which accommodate you better, as to complete your path for the future.

Now BE,  YOUR Light. YOUR Sun. YOUR Star.
