                                                   Devin speaks….

 

Hello dear friend,

Today I speak on behalf of the Council. Now you might ask, what is the Council?

 

The Council is many….and it is also this!

The Council is the twelve, the nine, the seven, the three (or in three’s) and the One.

Also the Council has many representatives in other councils, among one being the brother/sisterhood of Light. Today we speak as the Three. The Council of Three is here.

BN: What are all these councils and their links?

D: We will explain further.

As you know, I, the one known to you as Devin, exist at a 9th dimensional platform or dimension, as you perceive it to BE. I can represent myself as a 5D form, as you see me. The Council exists of Beings of 9D, or Higher. Forms no longer exist, unity IS, connection IS, ALL IS. We exist. As you know 5D is physical appearance still. The Council speaks to many councils, of ALL the in between and to the One.

The Council has no form, yet, we speak through many forms and Beings. All connections ARE. The Council acts of truth, IN truth, of truth IN creation and only of truth, for our Sources are vast and cannot BE counted, yet, we KNOW the numbers.

Today, three of us speak, as one voice….we ARE LOVE.

We simply ARE known through many other councils, federations and systems or Universes. All singing their own tone of truth!

All “levels” can be felt, none are wrong or right, as ALL is One, we FEEL ALL.

Dear One, Devin will speak now….


Dear friends,

As closing draws nearer and nearer for the new truth, many steps will follow, none will BE ABLE to avoid this new truth. As the One speaks through the Council, also the Council of this Universe, the Truth Law and Peace Law is handed out accordingly. All energy is sent forth in Rays generated from Unity, this Universe will adjust in such way too.

All necessary actions will BE spoken off, between members of All councils, before energy is generated further, tones are song deeper, rays are sent IN higher “power”-streams.

Intermediation between all federations are also done and I, Devin, mostly council between these federations and their internal councils….

Your energies have yet to learn again of the vastness of help that is given now, always has been given, as WILL BE given in “time”. No form is in your dimension an overlay of 3/4/5D now, interstates of togetherness, all in one flow. Soon choices will BE made as to which one you will belong to. Choice is not 3D choice, yet, already made at higher levels. BE as you ARE. Learn as you go, you will BE where you ARE meant to BE.
