Today I coming with a message for help and I am also sharing this video today, made by Jason Shurka, because of the truth of it and we need everyone's awareness of this. Time to open eyes. I have been aware of this for quite some years. and the video below from Jason Shurka is speaking truth's, as it has been confirmed by Star families which of the agenda's are being pushed. This is one of them. But we are able to change everything, simply because the people are the many in the consciousness field (grid). Watch the video of Jason a bit later, after my words in this blog. A few weeks back I was made aware of massive floods and heavy rainfall. I had a strong vision of lands being flooded, rivers being overrun by high waters etc. I also was getting a strong feeling of it all being man-made, or induced by machinery of men (humans) . Starfamily has written about this before to me, that certain modulations are being done to manifest a weather agenda which will benefit a small group of people on Earth, because it is mainly their agenda. This we need to all be aware of because it can harm many beautiful souls. By being aware we take things away. Their consciousness and goal is of low vibrational intent. What can we do? In my blog I always speak of light, love and peace, but most importantly the (inner) heart and soul. We all have the ability to manifest from there. It is our strongest electro magnetic field and it brings change into the unified consciousness field. This field we can all put our intention IN. Like a USB stick plugged into a big consciousness computer. This field is made by Source and Gaia, our loving Mother Soul. When we from the heart put IN our wish, our intent, our manifesting idea into this field, we change the whole field of consciousness we thrive/drive the field in a loving & peaceful way, we give it nourishing nudges on which way we all want to see ourselves go. Instead of speaking and focusing on these small groups of low vibing people, we set our intent on a thriving and shining world, with healthy atmosphere, breathable air, lush green forrests, blue lakes, flowing healthy rivers, peaking strong mountain tops and healthy sun shine! Consciousness is actively envisioning it, creating it and manifesting it. Passive non action is in this case can be lethal for people living in certain regions. We must take action and focus on bringing light to the hurt areas and also focus on bringing light to all of Gaia's regions, be it water, air, land (also inner Earth lands). Focus now, not later, as we will thrive by it later this year. Time for doing nothing has passed, we must show oneness now! I was triggered by Jasons video, as said, because of my own precognative seeing of a big flood, about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I saw many lands covered with floods, and knew it was a man-made set up thing. And more so I have called some strong high help since then and will connect daily from now on with these beings. from our Sun, called Ra, and with the angelic realms, we need their collaboration in this. Today I spoke to these 6th dimensional beings from the Sun, as I have done before. As we can read, there is help from many fronts, besides all the Star families guidance and monitoring from the Federations and from the Ashtar Command. The forward way is working with these high vibrating beings now, all together, not just a chosen few, and not passively stand on the side lines, because you are capable of manifesting this, you have awakened to new possibilities and realities, and you have taken your first steps into help us steer Earth into a harmonious path. Collective action can manifest new course. Simply because humans have the numbers and not this small group of wanna-be rulers. JIS addressed these beings and people already in His Christmas message. Their time has ended, and they know they have to leave planet Earth. As we entering a phase of Earth where humans may enlighten themselves more again, it is the course Source has set out. The story on heart - brain coherence and of the low frequency area of about 12 - 13 HzToday I'd like to speak on the circles of 10, the Feminine Spiral energy of 3-6-9 and the number 1, a masculine feature and the 13Hz of the feminine way. Besides what has been put on the Twitter post so far, this is an addition to that information. On the 13Hz In the micro level it starts on the 0,12-0,13 Hz level. Why, because Source is the full circle and every 10th tone, or circle is a level of the octave frequency a 10th circle “above", or, "below” the previous/next one. Everything moves in cycles and circles. The heart has a low frequency base beat which starts at 1.2-1.3 Hz. Translated that is 1.2 beats per second, or 72 beats average per minute. This is the slow base drum rhythm it starts with and it results in an average drum beat of about 72 beats per minute. It’s the drum of Life. The coherence with the brain and heart start at this frequency and is heard (read: translated) in our brain by the frequency of 12-13 Hz, a factor 10 of it, as described in the intro, this is the state when heart and brain coherently and lovingly work together as one...in the science of the brain we know this to be the border frequency between the alpha and the beta state. These alpha and beta waves trigger different consciousness states. Why is this border frequency feminine? We know that the feminine brain acts as a more holistic way, it cycles, then the logic orientated left brained style of masculine, it focuses more on linearity. Holistic means combining of both brain halves, preferentially in unity with the inner heart. Sometimes women still find that last section the difficult part as well, because of old inner children. Because, who truly has been inside their inner heart's dimension? So, in essence females have an easier way of connecting heart and brain, to feel this coherence. It's also easy archived by men, if and when they choose to live and incorporate that holistic lifestyle as well. That is why that frequency is more a feminine way and style than the logical and linear masculine way.  Why the border frequency of 12 and 13 Hz? To think linear and logical, you will not reach this circulation energy. The easy option is to activate the right side of your brain, become creative and holistic, together with your inner heart activation. A circle movement of energies between heart and brain creates coherence and this circular and holistic way is called the feminine way. It contains all. This is the feminine way of Source, it is inclusive. The look at it from a numerology perspective, we see that the number 1 represents this unity way of feeling and thinking. Oneness... The number two is of duality/polarity is the learning and the three represent the Father, Mother and Child unity. Together the form the Authentic love of Source. The Alpha brain waves start at 8-9 Hz, it’s where the Schumann is left to rest and spiral energy of the number 9 kicks IN. The number 9 is angelic and it's also feminine in style and movement. Spiral energy is feminine. Masculine is arrow-like energy and even an arrow spirals, ha ha ;) The Alpha state ends at a drowsy sleepy state, coming from a theta meditative state. Meditation connects to that base heart frequency of 1,2-1,3 Hz. The Beta waves start and our body (or vessel) becomes conscious of its physical state. So, this border frequency of 9Hz, plus 3Hz ( which is a feminine sub tone of 9, in alignment with the trinity wave of Source) results in the transfusion energy of 12Hz to 13 Hz, and becomes an awakened state. Even men know when they are in that morning awakening state they tend to be more holistic and open. Just think about it...feel IN. (unless you slept badly, ha ha ;) ) Now, all of this only makes sense of we know how to go inner dimensionally through our heart. Only by doing mindfulness at brain level, ergo, combining left and right, we miss out on the heart - brain coherence. This third (3) dimension needs to be add in the circle... What is authenticity? Being authentic means that your heart - brain coherence is fully switched on! When your heart speaks, your brain listens and your thoughts and words align with what you know, speak and experience, you are being authentic. Other words that align with this energy is sincere and truthful. Source loves souls being within this alignment! So, the 13Hz is feminine way of flowing with this and it's easy. Remember this the next time you wake up... Conception, creation and birth...! The feminine holds the circle energy and provides the container for conception, creation and birth...3 energies in 1, again these numbers.  The 3-6-9 energies... In my first E-book I have written a lot about the 3-6-9 energies and the importance of it all. Today let's add an extra dimension to that, shall we? The Feminine gives birth to life! From embryo to a fetus, I will bring this forth now, we will speak of conception first, remember, I spoke of 3 energies being feminine. These three come into play. But first things first! In my second E-book, which no one has read yet, but me, I have a section dedicated to my trip to Source itself and what Source IS. Well, Source is the Heart of everything! But I'll tell another little secret here in this blog post. Source is in love with its feminine energies! It loves to say: '...I am the Oneness in the Three...' remember this, as you will read on. Source is literally the Heart of All that IS. When we, as humans, in the likeness of Source, the first Heart that ever beat, first we are a fetus. In development. 3-6-9, from embryo to fetus, in 10 weeks! We become first a cell, we divide, become two, become four etc...a pool of partions. The embryo in the 3rd week, develops a heart with tunes. It first has two... then three chambers...for it does not breath yet with its lungs. It lives in a watery environment..again, a feminine element of water there. At 6th week till the 7th week we start to see a heart with 4 chambers...at 9 weeks...a four chambered fully functioning Heart. These numbers are no coincidence it the cycle, or spiral, of the feminine creation cycle, flowing its way. Life begins...and yes, Tesla was right there in this knowledge too. Life IS Love. Love IS Life. At the 10th week, representing the first full circle, we become a fetus, emerging from the 3-6-9 embryo cycle! Creation flows in the 3-6-9 cycle, a feminine cycle. Creation Life! The Golden Way. Source is very proud of this Feminine cycle. Oh yeah, for all females out there, you all know the importance of the weeks behind the 3rd, 6th and 9th month of this Creation Cycle! 3 Months = 12 weeks 6 months = 24 weeks 9 months = 36 weeks At 12 - 13 weeks, where have we seen this before ?, I am sending 12-13Hz brainwaves here to you all, lol, we are ready to tell our close ones that we are pregnant! At 24 weeks your baby is viable to be alive (when birthed prematurely )and doctors will do anything to safe your baby, if it were actually to be born prematurely! At 36 weeks, yes the time has come to go into its birthing phase...the beginning of life coming forth from the womb, this can take a little longer than 36 weeks though, but then it will go into the last 3 weeks. You get the picture why this 3-6-9 spiral is feminine. Even the 12-24-36 weeks are 3-6-9 when numbers are added up. 1+2=3 2+4=6 3+6=9 Quite a double in your face standard there! Like Source is saying to us here, you see, I really do love my Feminine side...ha ha What about Masculine, are they not needed? Well of course they are needed, because they provide the seeding. The One seed that is needed for conception. Hence the number One. 1+3 = 4 and four means Love, Unity too. The Union of the Spiral (Feminine) and of the Arrow (Masculine)...forming a Circle energy. Atlantis... The Atlanteans had a symbol for this energy I speak of here, a circle with a cross inside it, dividing the circle in four sacred parts! This is the Union love. It goes wider than this alone, but this is one part of its meaning. Here's a drawing I made, of it's basic or essential symbol. There are other forms of this type. This is the basic one. This is why Heart based being is essential for our society on Earth to flow into, consciously. Now we can bring in Heart - Brain coherence, as the next level.  The Heart The Heart has four chambers, and as a fetus we go from the heart being 1 to 2, to 3, and finally to a 4 chambered heart! I could write a full blog post on the heart and the number 4, but will leave it at that for now. Next, the sacred breath! Activation of the first slow movement of your MerKaBa is done in 4 simple steps, with four in-breaths... As Source is One, not a separate being of either male or female, but a merged being of Oneness, I will show you the four steps of the old "as above, so below" way. Meaning honoring it still in the "separate" Father and Mother energies. The new way is done easier. For now I will show you the 13 way, meaning 3 + 1 in-breath way. The sacred in-breathing, with 4 sacred in-breaths: First ground yourself, feet first on ground and feel a firm connection to the Mother Gaia energy and her inner crystal core (read: heart). Then as you are ready to do in-breaths...take three in-breaths from crown chakra inward down the ki/chi channel all the way down to your root chakra, inhaling white energy (Mother/Feminine healing energy) , when the in-breath is in your root chakra...hold and think or speak your full first name and birth date! (This settles you in your baby energies, your birth mode, where all cells still replenish easiest). The white energy heals also your birth energies, if you still experience old hurt energies from birth. It is re-setting energies by the Mother energies of Source, and three (trinity) provides the three main energy centers in your body of healing too. After three in-breaths and three birth connecting healing, we bring in one seeding male aspect in-breath, or Father energies. Bring in the fourth in-breath of golden energy, same way, from crown chakra to root chakra. When all four in-breath energies are in your root chakra, settling LIFE restoring energy there, before we bring it back up into the Heart chakra. I will explain it now in a kundalini way style. Merge the white and golden energies into a merged ball, within the root chakra, let it settle there, become fully merged, watch this forming proces, feel it too. Next we let the "winged-serpent" energy fly upward, "yin" going one way and "yang" going through other. Both are the same (as they are both golden/white) but it is for old school energy workers easier (I think) to see/feel it this way still. Bring both swirls up into the sacral chakra. Let it settle there a bit. Until you are ready to go up again. Next swirl and stop is the solar plexus. Wait again. Feel...until you are ready to go to your heart chakra, swirl it up and IN. When you are at the heart chakra. Let it settle and let the energies merge into a complete ball again. When you are ready. Blow this ball up, like balloon, going through all your cells, your body and through your aura fields, keep envisioning this golden/white merged energy. Keep it 1,5m to 2m around you, like a big ball around you. Hold it for 1 minute. For now. After on minute let it go smaller again, until it us in your Heart chakra again, like that first small merged ball of energy. Keep it there. It can do no harm to keep it there. Use it elsewhere if you need to. But keep it mostly as a reserve energy. Then thank the Father/Mother energies of Source. Go about your day... Second way of doing this is in a fully merged style already. Also four in-breaths. Only the kundalini is brought upward from root in a straight line upward, pillar style. No swirling. Both styles can be done...see what feels good to you. This last one is a more masculine style of doing it. Four is Love. Remember this, as the Atlanteans knew it. Also know that many Atlanteans are here again, incarnated, like myself I was once there, in a couple of lifetimes, to assist in this now again. The number 4 contains the trinity energy and uses it in a unity style way. It is Feminine plus Masculine. Let's remember that Source is All, and that its Feminine side shows us Ways we need to learn as well. We have seen the masculine ways, for more than 5000 years now, it's time to learn from the Feminine Way! In that way we truly will become authentic and connected in balance with Source, through a Law of Heart-Brain coherence! The 12 to 14 Hz border frequencies (waves) within our brains gives us insights, especially the 13Hz, which is the 1 (Oneness) and 3 (Trinity) combined, giving us a solid 4. Be open, within the space of the inner Heart and reside in the Open wave frequencies of the brain, which are smack between the alpha and beta waves, ergo, 13Hz. Love is a 4 way system. I love you All :) A dia du and Namaste  Crop Circles part three Ashtar, Teenah, the Pegasus and more...Hello dear Stars, Today the 3rd follow up post on the Crop Circles coming from the Ashtar Command, star families of the Galactic (con-)Federation and Holy energies on and off Earth, in the Holy dimensions. I want to remind you how it all started, with the mass meditations on the better future for all our children (involving child trafficking and the movie Sound of Freedom) and animals, how to improve their lives on Earth, and how sacred life is to the One true Source of Life, the eternal “God”, called Source. Its eternal Light and Love will keep giving Life. We should respect and honor life accordingly. Source existed and exist, always and eternally, it never was “born”. It simply IS. It IS existence itself, within us and as it-SELF, called the I AM. I have made the journey towards Source, through a deep medative state and since then I know its form, light, love and its diversity, and no, it is neither male or female. It is the beginning and the end form, of everything that exists in-between. It holds all forms, of everything that exists. It knows all that exists. It IS Life. It IS Love. Alright, with having that stated, let’s move it to the created field graphics of Gaia and the AC, better known on Earth as crop circles. They explain current and future energies. I will dive right IN and talk about the first one after our last beautiful and energetic post. First CC I mention today, because it is this series of the AC, was still placed within the month of June: Allan King Way, Nr Owslebury, Hampshire. Reported on the: 26th of June  As we have connected with in the last blo post, we see and feel in this crop circle the holy Mother Mary energies again, her Celestial Crown, which is represented by 5 Stars. This energy goes deeper, which I will not explain here, but here 5 Star is shown clearly here. Pointing towards her celestial presence and her other important energies. Also we see her Moon, below it, which is supporting her and the energies, like spread wings wrapped around the Moon, the Sun and the Stars. For reference I will show these 2 pictures again on post of the Way of the Rose and her Moon energy reference. Mother Mary is the keeper of the Divine or Higher Heart Chakra energies, which is just above the normale basic heart chakra (=energy wheel) The Name of the town where this CC was placed, has significance to the energy of her again. Because the Lady and Mother has many different layers and names. The Inner Circles, as seen in this crop circle: Now the inner Sun ( Circle) energy is a reference to her Celestial side, her inner Core. We see here some reflections on her sacred numerology. Also we see an inner circle of Star, the main core. The framework looks like a dial or Sun / Star dial, which feels again like a Way to guide us all towards that compass of the inner Star, the Heart Star. We see 12 bigger outer circles, on dialers, or rays! We see 12 smaller and angled circles, also on dialers, or rays! A total of 24 circles on dialers/rays. With a central circle in the Middle. You will notice, that this pattern of 6, 12, 24 and more of numerology, will come forward in this blog post. These are vibrations and tones of harmonics, one harmony to another, like a scale of octaves. And I also want to mention this is a reference to the 24 old ones of the Bible and a certain Lady with some Stars on her head, or is that a crown? Just read Revelation 12, dear Stars ;) I love this circle. So connected to what me and my wife have felt in June. Will you also dive inside your and wear a crown on your soul? On to the second one after this one., which was this one: Chillandham Lane (1C), Nr Winchester, Hampshire. Reported on: 4th of July.  Here we see a new introduction of the 8 energies of the octahedron, or Egg of Life energies. Yes, portal energies, this times in pyramids and triangles, so the 4th of July message was one of explaining Dharma wheel energies in this form, the Way of the Octahedrons. It is a way of using the 8 folded path into a Sirius way, connected with the Arcturian, Pleiadean and Orion merged way. We see 5 circles. One outer, the big one. Source encompassing All. Going from outside to next one inward, the inner white lighted/colored octahedron, with its 8 triangles, which is also a side of a pyramid, a irregular shaped pyramid, symbolizing all Star families named. We see also 8 dragon flyers or kites, like this kite shape, with Stars inside. This reminds us all of the Crystal of Lyra. See on this website. A kite geometry, in infinite stars, like the outer kites in this crop circle.  Third ring and circle is shown with 8 smaller triangles. After that the 4th ring of again 8 triangles. And last but not least, the inner 8 pointed Star Each pyramid has 4 main pyramids, and 8 smaller ones, which points all again toward the The 8 pointed Star The 8 pointed Star is a reference to an ancient connection between 8 Star systems but also on Earth to the ancient Sumerian, Egyptian, Syrian area. All of these 8 Star systems, have had influences in these areas, in Earth’s vast past, even in Atlantian times. The starry octagon is an evolution of the ancient symbol for the stars. To let you all know, that this CC has been made by members of the Ashtar Command. The whole AC series will end with the CC I call: A, but before we comes to that one, we will explain this one more deeply. Star, is what we ARE. A star comes from the Greek term Asteriskos, or the modern day word: Astarisk The term asterisk itself (8-ray graphic sign) comes from the term ASTER, ASTAR, ISHTAR, star, which evolves into other languages, such as Star in English. Venus is also connected to the number 8, and has been referenced to be an 8 pointed Star. Within the central 8 pointed Star there are 8 main A-styled triangles if you can visualize this, representing the symbol of the AC. Remember dear Stars, we are ALL Heart Stars! We shine from our Heart Star and Soul. Next crop circles was this One at the same location, Chillandham Lane (2S), Nr Winchester, Hampshire. Reported on: 4th of July.  This CC was made to show that the central Star of Source shines down upon is all in a diamond shape represented way, by sending the sacred vibrations to us all. This means everything originates from one Source, one central Star, that created all. Again we are pointed towards the 4 sides, as we have seen in the Dharma Wheel CC, the 4 main points, as Four is Love. Last thing I’d like to write is this: 4-7-2023, is a totaling number of 18 (4+7+2+2+3), which I spoke of in the first blog post, the eternal life, which is connecting to the eternal Light and Star, of Source! Reported on: 7th of July This was placed on the 7th of July, on the sacred 7-7-7 Portal day, of which we had two days of in July, also on the 25th of July, which is also a 7-7-7 Portal energy. The 25th being the opening portal just before the rising of start of Lions Days, or Dog Days (pointing towards the Sirius system), maximizing in the 8-8 Lions Gate, in August, which is in two days. The CC was presented in this form:  The way it is shown it is symbolizing the number 6, the number of Harmony. Also the outside “stars”, which ar e shown in a lotus like uprising position, are connected to the inner circle. The Flower of Life, which can be read like these forms:  The art is to connect to the inner circle, of the Fruit of life, from harmony (the number 6) comes, through the fruits of harmony, the infinite life (as spoken in previous posts, the number 18). Rise and open up like a lotus. Each Star, see in kite picture, or, opened Lotus connected to the other, like an inner harmonious circle. We see also 24 petals, which is a reminder also of the Crown CC. On to the next one, with two CC’s created on One Day: Lane End Down, Nr Beauworth, Hampshire. These were the first words that came IN: Circles of Life Rays of Life Geometry of Life 6 Outer circles 12 smaller inner circles 12 even smaller inner circles 12 even smaller inner circles 1 large inner circle (Source) Total of circles: 42, plus 1 Here we see the mirror of the 24 coming forth. The number 42 is connected to the Ways of Justice (think of the Children here again and the future we need to go into) and the ancient Goddess of Egypt: Ma'at If our hearts are as light as a feather, we can fase our own self, in the mirror. 5 Rings of Power and Light , and the 5 will be in my next E-book. 6 Rays within 4 circles, plus inner circle, Source, making the Holy number 7 6 Rays of 3 circles, plus inner circle, Source, making the Holy Number 7 6x3 = 18 6x4 = 24 7x6 = 42 The numbers are significant, but that will be a topic for a future blog. I’d like to reference here also the Hexagon shape of the outer six circles, on Earth called the Winter Hexagon, or what Raiba calls the Sextant, the larger area, where we (Teenah en Raiba), used to do our Ambassadors work, for the Sirius High Council, as Lion Beings. The AC works pre-dominantly in these Sextant, 6 main Star systems, but in fact 7 Star systems. ;) Feel into the inner circle of that Winter Hexagon.  The purpose of mentioning this is, because as this represent an extended the Fruit of Life, where we obviously see 12 circles, but it is always connected to the 13th circle. And 6 Star systems and the 7th in the middle, are enough food for thought for those souls into learning and seeking knowledge. Compare this Fruit of Life picture.  Next CC, placed and formed on the same day: Barton Stacey Belt, Nr South Wonston, Hampshire. Reported on 9th of July  First feelings I had then were... Chessboard, 3 in total...of 36 pieces or square areas, black and white. Blocks around all three chessboards, of 10 blocks each, a total of 30. 1 Giant Propeller...or triskele petals, or is that the Mitsubishi logo? One inner Beehive. And an outer Beehive? Beehive cluster in Leo? Mitsubishi motor logo in the center of the Propeller...look at what this word means below. So what about that Mitsubishi thought and feeling I had. I searched for the meaning of the word. . What Does Mitsubishi mean in English? Mitsubishi is a fusion of two Japanese words, “Mitsu” and “Hishi.” Where does the “b” sound come from? In Japanese, when an “h” sound happens in the middle of a word, it often changes to sound like a “b.” First off, “Mitsu” is one way to say “three” in Japanese, but “Hishi” might leave you scratching your head because it just means “water chestnut.” Yataro wanted to honor both his clan, and his own family. Because of this, he chose a three-diamond mark to represent the three-leaf crest of the Tosa Clan. He also represented his family with a three-stacked rhombus, which is the Iwasaki family crest. According to Mitsubishi Electric, “The name “Mitsubishi” refers to the three-diamond emblem. Interesting fact is that it represents three diamonds, a theme we have seen in the previous CC, at Chillandham. So, the Rhombus, or Diamond energy field is important in this CC, like a propelling triskele, on the protecting Beehive ringed circle, because this reminded me of the Beehive houses of Skellig. Skellig is o the AA Michael’s leyline, all the way to Israel. In the past we did a lot of missions and tasks on this leyline, on board the Mythia, one of our personal lightships. Beehive type are modern Rhombus types, and ancient ones are the types like in this CC. A hint to Celtic tumbler stone beehive huts, built on Skellig. A reference also to Saint Patrick's (day, 17 March) and AA Michael line... with Skellig on the top left, near Ireland. Holy Monks involved, working from the spiritual realms with us, as we have seen with Saint Bernward, who is connected to AA Raphael. See the Mark in his Heart.  As we can see we are referenced here clearly to monks, Archangels and the Holy trinity of Source, the great I AM, or, what early Christians and gnostics spoke of, as the One. Last CC is the signing off CC of the AC, but other Star families have put out more after that one, on the 14th of July, near this site, not without purpose:  I will sign of for today with three messages from the Ashtar, and the AC, as they gave their signiture clearly on the 14th of July, of all dates and with a last personal note from our main Lightship, the Pegasus. There are more ships, but we will speak today on the Pegasus, which holds many Star brothers and sisters. It’s a vast ship. As July was all about two 7-7-7 alignments and the therefore ending with on the 14-7 seems quite fitting. The AC signed their involvement with all this, in this CC, which I laughed about ,ha ha.  When we feel into this one we clearly see a barbers razor. As barbers are used as a male clandestien public and oriented to the right brain sided population of our Earth, this CC shows us a left handed razor, meaning we need ALL to activate our left side of our brains, our creative and feminine side, we also see a Horse symbol in the middle, like a child's playing horse, a hobby horse between the two main frames, the Handle and the Razor. This is shown by the AC that the Handle consists of two ships, the Phoenix, the main AC ship and the Pegasus, the second main frame ship, made of one handle, in one. The Horse connects the blade and the handle, this our hobby ;) It’s how we handle things, so to speak, ha ha. So I am now able to speak a personal note hear, that the Pegasus, our main frame Light Ship, is part of these circles and messages, you have all seen in three blog posts. Also today I reveal, that Teenah, and her other name, the Greek name, Athina, is in the Arua language (Lion Being language) written in this form, A Teenah, which means, I, Tee’nah. She captains sometimes this ship still, but their are many able to captain that ship as there are many souls connected to this big ship, and it has many sub, or acting captains on this ship! Remember that the AC is one big Love family and none are exluded. All are One family there. Another thing about this sign in the field of Hackpen Hill: The Hobby Horse, in Dutch called Stokpaard, is in the Middle, and it links the razor and handle together, and forms the bar in between the letter A, the mainframe of the AC. It’s time to ride your own horse dear Stars, to be that horse, to fly with us, on the Pegasus! We are with you all. The other representation of this horse is the seahorse, which is an Earth represenation of the SOUL, we are like Source, without polarity, ergo, no male or female form in soul / energy form. We choose our form as we go into the plains of Earth. The seahorse reminds us of our soul form and that water is part of who we are. The seahorse is also a reference to our two Hypothalamus side in our brains. We should tend our stress levels, not go into fear anymore and watch closely into our cortisol levels. Meditate, relax, sing, chant, sport, dance and enjoy life. Stress is not good for the hypothalamus sides and causes memory loos and even dementia. Here is a representation of a barbers razor and its parts, for learning purposes., You can see this one is righthanded.  Showning below here is a number of symbols that have come through by other contactees of the AC, so you can see that the A is a symbol of the AC. New energies from Star family and the Holy Ascended SoulsGood afternoon dear Stars, Today, on the 8th of July, I present the follow up blog post on the new crop circles that have emerged and there intended meaning and the sacred connections to these. In the previous post I already pointed out the importance of the three main heart chakras and the new way forward with that. Also that Sirius and a few other Star families were involved in creating these, together with the Ashtar Command and Ascended guides, yes, holy souls, to say the least. Today we will dive into these four extra CC’s. Three in England (or Great Britain) and one in Italy. They tell of a story and a guideline, read also my previous blogpost. And a glimpse into the new formed ones, recently in July. First the CC’s from end of May and June 2023. As the messages are follow up’s of the first one, on the left. Side note here is, that not all CC’s are connected and not all come from the same source(s). These four plus the recent three in July, are all connected, because four is love. And the total of them is 7 is what the intention was and what the the Holiness is all about, as I write today after the 7-7-7 date of yesterday. Also note the dates, these are important for the follow up energies. It is of utmost significance to name the energies and souls that have been important in these energies, besides all the numerous earth workers, working for the freeing of children of bonded energies! It will all become clear for you as I keep writing. Most important to mention is that it is all about the energy called Life! Source only holds this as the highest regard, to honor Life itself and nothing else. The number associated with Life is 18, as explained in the previous blog. These 5 main energies and souls, connected to these 5 CC’s, are:
As we were on holiday, exactly between or on either side of two of these divine energies, which represented the grand protector, the virgin birth Mother, the protector saint, connect to AA Michael, the destroyer of old poison energies, ergo, Shiva and lastly on the divine creator of ALL that IS, Source, working together with Star family. First on the crop circles, or CC’s: First we will connect to the CC in Italy, which was found in the Cascina San Michele area, which is just below the city of Brescia. This city of Brescia, an ancient site in Northern Italy, was our (my wife and me) holiday location around half way of October 2022. I have found that in the past wherever I travel or go to, energies follow, because of my ancient connection to the Ashtar Command, the Sirius Council and sacred guides. I have seen it happen before and it seems the sacred, astral, Star family and holy energies are connected to wherever I flow. It leaves a Mark, in a good Way. As have always been connected to the Feminine Universal energies as a Lion Being and also strongly connected to AA Michael’s Blue and White Ray, I am not surprised this spot was selected for this CC, in the end of May. Something personal happened for us at the beginning and end of May. I will reveal this at a later time. There are Holy energies at play. The CC at Cascina San Michele area, a name and area which was not chosen by chance as you will read in this post  The interpretation of this circle is one of Feminine Light and of Protection. And yes it also connects us into planetary alignments and planetary energies. It may show a few Sun eclipses ahead, like the one of 14th of October this year. With the Moon being the darker circle and the Sun in a white shape. In reality it shows a polarity unison image. This circle feels to me as a Way to show the Protective Masculine Divine energies in unison with the Wings of Protection of the Divine Feminine. It spreads out like two Isis wings, like a Feminine Moon energy, often seen below the feet of Mother Mary images. The CC was formed around the 30th of May. So it was before the CC of the previous blog post. We can state here it was the first, in a line of CC’s. The second CC, in time, was the one spoken of in the previous blog post.  Moving on to the third CC in line, formed around the 11th of June, see just here below, was the one of the Steering Wheel or the Guided Compass, as I like to call it, for it refers again to our Inner Hearts and Heart Center to be our guiding compass, or steering wheel, from now onward. This CC was formed at Roundway Down (what’s in a name with this radar like CC, ha ha), near a town called Devizes. Again, what’s in a name. Star family knows exactly what to choose for their CC sites.  This third CC holds a number of important trinkets and symbols to be aware of and use. The Wheel of Dharma is the first One that I’d like to mention, with its 8 virtues in, or, of Life. Again the number 8 is prominently there and the Life guidance is given. The Wheel of Dharma s also called the Dharmachakra. It all connects completely to your Inner Hearts Compass! The true “religion” is simply Life itself. And when you know that Life comes from Love you also know that Love is Life and therefore Life is Love. I have mentioned this so many times before. Also as we can see, Source works not within One religion, but in every one of them and much more! Life is the main Source! The word, or energy, of dharma, finds its root meaning in the terms: to hold, to maintain, or to keep. Why the Dharmachakra? Well, simply because the 8 values, or virtues of Life are mentioned in there. Buddhists call this the eightfold path. If you follow these 8 guidelines, you cannot go wrong. They are meant to be kept, to maintain, or to be held firmly in your heart center. Buddhist also know this to represent the reincarnation cycle. Isn’t Life a big cycle indeed ;) When we focus on the CC again we see the vibrations going upward, downward, and eastward/westward going. It means we are asked to put our vibrations and energies there. As we are asked to hold the Wheel at these four cardinal points now. As we can see in this example of a steering wheel of a ship or boat, we are asked and guided to take the helm of our Life and Hearts! The other four virtues of Dharma are also important as these four are pointed out too, but we are asked to take hold of these four more firmly, as we may soon shift to the other four as well. Hence the radar option in this CC. We need to keep focused with everything. The 8 are also pointed like little 8’s on the steering wheel, which I find a nice little touch from Star family. Nicely done my friends. Here are the 8 virtues in of the Wheel of Dharma:  Now in this CC we are guided to Four main points of this Wheel. These are North, West, East and South, ergo, Right View, Right Livelihood, Right Speech and Right Concentration! We are asked to focus on this right now, like a vibrational radar, to keep track of ourselves and the Earth. Like in this picture below, feel the Whole circle, where also four directions are monitored. Just feel into this picture.  Focus on the 8 virtues and in the center all will come into view, the samhadhi, as to what and where we need to steer. We are all at the Helm now. Mother Mary calls this the Rose, which is simply put, the Wind Rose of our Heart, or the Gyroscope and Compass of our inner knowledge, the Wisdom of the Soul. Feel into these pictures for guidance. The Fourth CC, see picture here below, was found near the town of Bischopstrow (Eastleigh Court), in Wiltshire also. I will mention this name for you all here now, Saint Bernward, who would be pleased with the name of this town. This CC was found on the 18th of June. How all of this relates to our holiday I will reveal more below. You will feel this name Bischopstrow even more when you that we visited a certain two churches on the 17h! See our personal story below.  As we talked already on the vibrational radar of our hearts, we see here another vibrational image in the field, or is that the quantum field, ha ha. Our hearts vibrate and the Celtic lore on this planet, used the triskele or Celtic triquetra for the vibrational shape of our hearts. This points to three main pillars of the religion of Life, meaning polarity, energy/light/spirit and Source. Our hearts are beating and through its four chambers it creates also a bio electromagnetic field, which beats and created through these three main pillars of Life. As the third CC pointed out we are guided by four chambers of the wheel in this NOW and we are asked to listen to that important compass. Also know this…Life is created through three nucleotides, a triplet energy in the genetic code, of a codon. We are asked to make the right choices in how we approach the creation of Life as well. Manipulation of DNA is the wrong way. I do not need to go into that too much, as we all have felt the dark wave of the past three years in that. It’s time to take hold of our hearts and our true compass again, the trinity of wheels is right around our heart center and working with our heart center. Vibration is the Way forward, as this CC shows us. The 3 is the first start of the cycle of the 3-6-9 sequence, which I wrote of deeply in my first E-book, Sacred Numbers of the Angels. So the order of the dates of the CC’s were as follows:
Know that at the time of this writing, three more CC’s were formed and will be explained as well, as it all connects to the same energies, it’s like a story being told. ;) Now we come to the personal touch and story of this blog post. Our holiday and a first glance on these energies happing there. The 16th to the 20th of June we were on holiday in Hildesheim in Germany. This holiday was going to be special. As we knew we were going to visit two Unesco buildings, which were devoted to AA Michael, Saint Bernward and Mother Mary. These two building are known as the Saint Michael’s Church and the Maria Dom. Even though we are not religious people in the sense of going to church every Sunday, we do like to visit churches and cultural buildings. For myself I am a devotee to Christ consciousness, which is Universal and different than the Earth form called Christianity. As I am deeply connected to Christ energies, as you can see through many of my previous channeling’s of JIS, there was an extra layer added to these connections. As JIS has guided me many times in my life, which is the truth of Christ consciousness, we are made aware of its several layers today. When we visited the first Church, the Saint Michael’s Church, we heard a young man playing the organ very frivolously and it sounded awesome to me. We visited the space where inside Saint Bernwald was buried and a sacred tomb figure was placed in his honor. I loved the fact that this tomb figure was in the middle of the space and he had an open heart to show, with an inscription inside. Also his tomb figure is shows his body is supported by Two Lions, a clear symbol that this has Frisian roots written all over them, as two Lions are a Frisian marker, perhaps even a Saxon one too? Though this was a Saxon bishop it clearly shows they had connections to the nearby Frisian population of East Frisia. Also remember that the languages of Saxon and Frisian are closely related from ancient times. Bern means children in old and modern day Frisian, and maybe also in old Saxon. Ward means guardian. In a broader sense his name may mean, Born to be a Protector, or Ward, as the Frisian word Berne, means, to be born. Here’s his tomb figure in the Saint Michaels Church:  After doing the inner work and mass meditation for the children of Earth, where I felt as doing the work as a children’s ward, ahem, Berne’s Ward, so his name and open heart in this tomb figure really spoke to me. I also loved the four circles around his heart, connecting to the infinity hearts flower symbol, The inscription said this, see picture I made, bit more below.
  I speak of this symbolism with the same purpose as I spoke of the CC’s with the same energies and symbolism inside them. Feel the same Dharma wheel inside them with its 8 directions and four main petals. Nothing is unconnected. Also this symbolism will be spoken of in the next blogpost, because it is connected to another ArchAngel. Here’s a link for more info on Saint Bernward. Before the tomb figure, on the left side of it, I saw 13 angel figurines hanging in front of it, remembering that Bernward was the 13th Bishop of this church and area. The number 13 is holy, it is not bad, as so many still think, even to this day, and it connects to the sacred feminine energies, mother energies and especially Mother Mary. Even Muslims know the sacred Mother energies of Mother Mary. Friday is a holy day in that religion and is connected to Her. The number 13 stands for Unity (1) within the Holy Trinity (3), or Oneness through the Holy Trinity. It is a sacred feminine flow and hence it was probably darkened by the many masculine layers within the church. See picture:  Here are the angel motifs, zoomed in  Next we visited the real burial tomb below and went there to both light some candles. In my prayer there I thanked Mother Mary deeply for her work, for her help, for her care for the Earth children and for giving us Jesus, without then knowing why? I just had a strong feeling I needed to thank her in that sacred space. Later things became more clear. This is an outside view of the sacred Saint Michaels Church, build by Saint Bernward  And the sign of AA Michael on the building in front of it. See picture below, with AA Michael defeating the dragon. Which is what we are doing at present. There’s more inside this church to see and feel, so here's a link on it.  Then we went to the next church, the Maria Dom, where I first encountered another old familiar energy. That of Shiva. As I will not go into details here, to keep this post as short as it can be, I understood and stood there to admire the guardian image of Shiva, just outside the walls of the Maria Dom area. All the imagery I show is of importance, as all these energies and souls are involved in this.  It shows Shiva in his Bhairava energy form, as a destroyer or annihilator and Lord over the Dead, ergo a protector form, or destroyer of dark Earthly energies. It too comes in 8 forms. Shiva is a personal note for me in this journey, which I will not explain further in this post. As we moved towards the Maria Dom, also called the Hildesheim Cathedral, we first walk around it before we went inside the Church. Also this felt hugely symbolic. A view of the outside of the Dom.  As we petaled on, we saw this symbolism, on the Maria Dom, on the outside.  This symbol is important to remember, when you start looking at the CC formed on the 777, or 7th of July, 2023. See at the end of this post, as this post is about Life and how to walk in it! When we went inside, where we saw a big bronze door, build by Saint Bernward, made of bronze. It’s called the Bernward Door, which can be viewed inside the Maria Dom  On it are Biblical scenes of the Book of Genesis and scenes of the Life of Jesus. See link here, if you are interested to know more. I saw also some incredible symbolism inside which was trans-religious Like this Sri Yantra like symbolism on this pillar. See the inner triangles inside the Sri Yantra on this pillar.  Sri Yantra, the circle, the cube and four and eight pointed way. My wife and me also spoke out to each other how peaceful the energies were inside this church, it felt sacredly serene. We both felt it. A warm feminine blanket feel, a Motherly touch of Love. There are many amazing attributes inside this church. See here the Rose symbolism below the picture I took outside, which was on the inside of the church door, a Rose symbol. I love that I am also in the picture, merged in the energies, as I always am. Then we went to what we wanted to see, and that is the world famous Rose of the Maria Dom, the sacred 1000 year old Rose Bush of Hildesheim. My wife prayed to Mother Mary in a church in Paris, while being in Paris on holiday, in early May 2023, and we prayed again to her in the AA Michaels Church, this time together, while burning a candle for Her. Bless Her energies. Now a we came into the back of the church where there is a serene garden with flowers and of course the spoken of 1000 year old Rose Bush, together with a small chapel, all connected with the sacred Rose symbol of Mother Mary. I made some shots with my mobile camera there and captured some sacred and holy energies there. This was the first and second shot:   What you see here on the first picture is Mother Mary beaming an Arc of white light, with also the sacred covenant energies of the Rainbow light, which is in our 7 basic chakras, or energy wheels, to show that the sacred covenant still is standing and reaffirmed. The first shot has 7 rainbow colors on top and the second shot has two different rays, with different energies coming from her two hands, where here energies must be felt as coming from the right, this is where I felt Her energies coming from when I was there. I was a fourth witness in all of this and the symbolism is about the Trinity, symbolized by a Crown (of a Three Pointed Way) and three lovely young ladies below, with one of them being my wife, on the left. :) The symbolism speaks for itself… see third shot. The Crown of Mother Mary above the Church and 1000 year old Rose Bush, the Crown in a heavenly cloud form and the three females below it. Feel also the clear energies around that Rose Bush, it glows. See next picture.  Here’s the Crown more in zoom.  The last picture is the most amazing one, with Mother Mary beaming here energies on my wife, like in a way I have never seen energy being focused on picture before, but it feels like it has her imagery written all over it, for those who have watched Mother Mary imagery before with beams of light coming from Her hands and heart! I was amazed at this shot, where Her energy was beamed at my wife:  I have never seen energy beamed in and outward like this before, like it went through a prism. Diverged and Converged again. Mother May clearly pointed Her energies at my wife (notice how it goes over the other two ladies) and we were both so blessed in feeling Her so close. It was clearly meant for my wife. We still are feeling the blessing of it. Now when we I saw these pictures, three of them, with a fourth (four is love), showing Her own crown, I thanked Mother Mary again for her blessed energies. For now this will amaze you all enough, I feel. It surely amazed me! I will share a few communications I had from Mother Mary, as short channeling's: This one is from 19th of June, given at exactly 11:11 o'clock: Trust thy heart Trust thy love Trust the Rose Trust its Art Next one is a guidance on how to be from now on, called, the Way of the Rose, a channeling from Mother Mary, give on the 8th of July: Souls need to know the Way of the Rose again, to forgive through the pain, no matter how great the pain. The three wheels of love, the energy fields of the heart, will give souls the Way to do so. It means that nothing is forgotten, but it be forgiven through this trinity Way. It is called the Way of the Rose. 08-07-2023, Mother Mary & her Son, Joshua (JIS) Bless you Mother Mary and the Immanuel, for being with us and all. Back to the newest Crop Circles, more precise, the one formed at the end of June, the 26th to be exact, and the three in the beginning of July, for some short few first words on their symbolism, as it is all connected. - Feel the symbolism, of the 8 - Feel the Star symbolism, the Crown symbolism, the Way of the Rose, the Trinity and the Heart Flower. -Feel the meaning of Life, the Flower of Life - Feel the meaning of virbation, of the right frequencies, the meaning to be in sacred and divine love for yourself and others! The Sunflower mass meditations and the Crop Circle of the Sunflower Dear Stars, Dear Hearts, This morning, on the 11th of June, I got reminded to give you all an update on the meditations we did around full Moon, on the 4th of June. They reminded me of this at 11:11, on the 11th. See picture of today, as I started writing this on the 11th of June, on our kitchen clock.  A harmonious 6th, in crystalline hexagonal form, and this will come up much in this blog post, as we enter a time where we all may touch or get in touch with our 6th and 7th dimensional friends and 6th/7th dimensional selves. Now before saying this, you cannot go there, if you do not know 4th or 5th dimension. So if you have not done your work, star doing that first. Spiritual knowledge those not come without doing the work. We all need a discipline in that, daily. It’s like doing regular yoga, or physical workouts, to keep yourself in shape. I wish to speak on the cleansing we did for the children first, later we will heal the animals as well. First we will speak on the negative energies concerning children and how it must be uplifted from our mass consciousness. This weight feels heavy and must be dissipated from our consciousness. All souls involved in this negative flow should considered themselves warned. It’s time to stop and get a more enlightened “hobby”. We did a first step, which was powerful, but more fine-tuning will follow. And we will heal the hurts of animals in there too, think into our mass consumptions in that as well, not to mention other negative stuff. To go in the up again and not focus on these energies, we will speak of the confirmations we got from JIS, Sai Baba, and Ashtar with many of our Star family showing an important crop circle. As these messages were strong and powerful. I will help try to translate and interpret them for you all. In the meditations In the meditations, I did a small one on Saturday and a strong powerful one on Sunday, I provided all souls, or let’s say, I send out to all souls a powerful Sunflower, to give to the children who were in need of renewed Star Light in their hearts and souls! So I sent these flowers to all souls on Earth, especially meant for those who were praying and doing meditations with us. Each flower may have been slightly different, according to each soul’s intent of giving. That’s all perfectly normal. I hope you all did that giving with your soul Star’s intent of Highest, Purest Love! So on Saturday the giving of the Sunflowers and on Sunday a huge powerful unblocking of the dark energies around children to bust them free from certain chains. These energies will be picked up by those around them or people around those people, these circles will be touched. Action will come forth from that. I will not share my own full meditation, because of time purposes and also I wish you all to just trust it was powerful, and because the main message today are the aftermath messages and crop circle interpretations. For your information, the time between 17th of June 2023 and the 4th of November 2023 is a good time for clearing and change, so let’s make use of this important time. This has to do with some major planetary influences around this mentioned period. So we will make use of this major input, especially Saturn. Aftermath and messages after the mediations, given to me around the 6-6 JIS and Sai Baba were speaking in the aftermath of the mediations of a task well done and thank all souls helping in there, the ones doing the meditations and prayers, but also the ones helping in 3D works in this! They know who they are. Sai Baba spoke something I heard as: Prekat amari jin An internet search got me this: Perekat = glue/something that sticks / stay Amari = eternal / immortal Jin = gold/bright/beautiful/a Buddha So it means something like: They stay eternally golden (or, in the light) In essence they spoke that the children were held in eternal and internal light from now on. I am glad JIS and Sai gave me these words to give to you all. Bless them both! On June the 6th I also place four important pillars of Light around Earth, the four corners of the winds, as they say, to keep this energy held. I have used this energy before in previous life’s, it will hold again, no doubt. As it is 6th and 7th dimensional imprinted! Star families involvement The Star families involved are the Arcturians, Pleiadeans and Sirius souls, at this time and space. Andromedan are aligned in this as well. In our messages it felt important to give in these Twitter posts the images of the Sunflower, as these flowers hold sacred energies, as explained in one my website pages, see here, if you wish to study that after this blog post. Star families involvement is real and guidance is always given. Also on the Full Moon meditations we got guidance from on high. Brothers and Sisters of Earth, we precede the intensity of what is to come. The intensities were already felt as the conscious levels and sensitivity of those involved are rising. Also those previously unknown to specific energies, are awakening quickly. No time to get left behind. The Wheels of Energy of Gaia are speaking before you every time we wheel it in. Yes we are wheeling it in, you heard that correctly. The signs given inside your fields and crops, we give with energy writing. The whispers these give are like a whisper in your ears, as silent yet very loud signal that we are alive and with you all. The Sun has a wheel, the Stars have wheels, so have the systems they provide. All cycles are read like a book, read like board of symbols and time scales. The spaces they provide are calculace. We have written as sign to be heard as a answer to your meditations. This soul we know as Raiba will explain it, as the answer was already in his heart knowledge today. We are the birds, the eye in the sky, the wheelers of wheels and we see all, that Earth does not. I Am its speaker and voice, but we are many. I Am Ashtar. There are two Life’s, but they are merged as One. Dear friends, today I am asked to speak a bit on my knowledge and info on the sacred numbers because of my knowledge of the sacred heart. Life is a wheel, that holds multiple wheels, life’s within life’s, within life’s, cycles and energies whirled together in one big wheel. As we live we see many other life’s as well. Not one is not connected to your higher self or oversoul. The symbol of life is often captivated by the number 18, the incentive for life, as the Hebrew’s know. One stands for one life, the mortal one and 8 is the eternal one, the infinity number.  Life is eternal and mortal, it is everlasting and dissipating. And it can be infinitely implemented. Also the Life given by Source, is in this Universal plain seen as an upper and a lower. On the 7th of June a crop circle appeared at Potterne, Wiltshire, see picture below, with a large image of a Sunflower, with two wheels of 18 petals, with one being more inward and the other more outward. This means one of these is closer to the Sun / Star (and our inner heart).  So what is this about? For starters it was a reference to our meditation, to make us feel how connected Star family is to us all and also how Gaia is connected to us vibing upward. As you all know we did meditations with Sunflowers and also with other flowers, see our Twitter posts with the children in the Sunflowers. Now, as we felt, this had to do with the Sun/Star Heart practice, which is also on my website and with the Golden Apple practice. We gave the children some help with putting these flowers inside their hearts. Also I am asked to speak about the number 18 and 36, which is connected to many Star families, but it began with the Sirius family and the Arcturian family. More importantly it has to do with our new chakra system, our energy wheels, which means, the new wheels around our heart, especially connected to love and our emotions. The 18 petaled wheel or chakra is called the sacred heart and it is situated between de solar plexus and the heart chakra. This chakra holds sacred knowledge and we are able to connect more deeply into sacred knowledge of life it we activate this chakra. That is why it has 18 petals. The other chakra is the higher heart chakra, and is situated between the throat and the heart chakra, and has the multiplier of love, so it has 36 petals. The heart chakra is our own personal SUN/STAR, and the Heart center has the strongest electromagnetic field. The signal of the 18 and 36 , and also united the 54, give us three number 9’s it means it is angelically or divinely inspired, as 9 is the angelical number and also the feminine spiral of Source. The Starfamily systems involved in this CC are Arcturus, Sirius and Pleiades. Especially the numbers 36 springs to the for me as a 36 is the top angle of the golden pyramid or golden triangle from the Sirius system and divine practices known from that system. As 18 is an Arcturian sign, so are 36 and 72 Sirius signatures. Now 54 also, but that also has a clear Venusian signature too. Venus is a story for another blog post. At this time of writing another circle has formed in the crops and I will explain that one as well, in a part 2 blog post. It is connected to this one. For now it is about Light, Love (of the Heart/Soul) and Life. This sign on the 7th of June, a Pleiadean signature. Remember this my friends, the Star, an ancient 5 pointed Star sign, or 7 when we reference Pleiades or Arcturus (9 pointed too), the Golden triangle is connected to sacred numbers, divine sacredness and divine knowledge coming from Source, the One Creator of All that IS, and it was given through sacred Star Gates and Portals. Each Portal had Gatekeepers and also One Divine Universal Godhead. For now I will refrain on who these are. So the Sunflowers are connected to the three hearts chakras, Sacredly and Divinely, for Life is Divine and physical life is beginning with the heart, always. And together the form the Heart Center, and together with that Trinity, the Inner Heart and its Star, form the Sacred Four, as explained on this website page before. Four is Love! And this is just one way of explaining the sacred number three and four. The Sirius Connection of the Golden Triangle  The numbers 18 and 36 are clear signs of the top angle of the golden of mean triangle and also it points to the top triangle of the MerKaBa too, so there is the reference to the upper tetra, that is made here. The pyramids on Sirius were of this kind and also other ones, but this was the prime pyramidical shape of the Sirius pyramids. This had to do with the sacred spiral energy coming forth from it, and also certain sacred numbers and mathematics On Earth some numbers are known, such as the Fibonacci and the Phi.  To read more about this, go here on the Sunflower page. Another reference is the base of the pyramid or golden triangle, which is 36 + 72 = 108! This had to do with our Moon meditation, on the 4th, the Full Moon. 108 is a reference to the spiral and radius of the Moon, of 1080 miles.  The diameter of the Moon is the frequency reference of the half (216Hz) to the of the sacred 432Hz frequency, a reference to the angelic number 9! Much can be read in my first E-book about this. Earth’s radius is about 3960 miles. About the 396 or 369 that is story for another blog post topic. Then speaking of the 108, 216, 432 ladder, it is that we also have a reference to the Sun, our Star called Ra. It’s diameter is: 432000 miles  So we get to a small conclusion here, because for those who have ever read the practice page on this website, we are referencing here to the Union of the Father and Mother energies (Sun and Moon). We all must be in union inside with ourselves, with our Masculine and Feminine energies. If those are not in union, our inner Sun has problems with Starting UP to shine fully. It will shine, but not to its full potential! These two new chakras will help us unite better, the Higher Heart chakra has the pink and rose colors to guide us and the Sacred Heart chakra the Golden / Peachy color. These together with the Green Heart charka will give you deep insides when meditation IN and with these colors alone already. They will open you up in ways. I would like you all to also read the Father / Mother practice on this website, for guidance into the above/below energies and how to combine them, if you are a beginner in meditations. Awaken the Sun/Star The Heart must be touched, must be lit with inner light and active to able to see and feel the inner Sun or Star, that is YOU. This can be done by activation of these two extra hear chakras, with named petals. A sunflower has also petals, the are opened widely, to receive the Light outwardly. For us all it is vital the open up, the send widely, and also receive broadly. The knowledge of the Sun/Star practice was given to me by my Sirius Mother, Sesherat, who is a main figure aboard the Phoenix, the flag ship of the Ashtar Command. Sirius has played a main role in the knowledge of triangles, pyramids and spirals. Also the Lyrans, Pleiadeans and the Arcturians. The Orions too, but that is another story. To speak a little bit on the Sirius side of thing and Egypt, there is this connection, for the spiral of life comes from the 3, 6,9, 18, 36, 72, 144 etc. spiral. In Egypt Sopdet (Sirius) was known as this hieroglyph:  The reference to the Star (or Seba) and the Pyramid shape of the Golden Triangle is clearly seen there. Also the words: Given Life, was written like this.  So the Heart, the Golden Spiral and Life are interconnected and are divinely interwoven. So I will end with a few pictures at the bottom of this post and the wise words of Leonardo da Vinci, another soul divinely in the knowledge of sacred numbers and Life!  I could have gone into more subjects on this, like Nubian pyramids, peacocks (phi connection), spirals, the Thymus gland, Schumann resonance that spiked, but see pictures below to enjoy those. Stars /Suns are needed for Life. Light is needed for Life. Love is needed for Life. Fathers/Mothers are needed for Life. Four is Love. Life is Love. And my last words to this crop circle / mediation /Sunflower /Life connections is this, as the Hebrews nicely put it: L’chaim! To Life! Today I wish to speak on a topic which concerns us all and which has made us in the situation we are in now. I also wish to speak on a new Star family that has been coming into the frame because of certain current energies on Earth, as we speak. In 2019 I connected to them already ut today we will enlighten more of you on the Higher energies of the Crown, the real crown, not the ones who wear crowns on Earth or wish to wear it. More on that later, for it is not about that at all. On Gaia and our industries For many decades already Star families have been warning our governments on the concequences on the environment and the draining we have been causing on Mother Earth for decades b the way we live, the way we have been using our industries and endulge ourselves in the mining of the riches of Earth, lusting for more provits and that we need to change our ways and make cleaner energies that will not cause harm to the planet we live on and to live in harmony and balance with her. The energy of Gaia is giving and cycles. Why do we not learn from her energy? It's simple, we need to give and create cycles that generate. This has been shown many times and yet, our industrial and science sectors seem to still drain supplies instead of creating cycles of renewal. For now I will leave it at this, for this blog is not about a climate and industry debate, although it is similar topic to this. The last decade things have been improving a bit but not fast enough, so together with test labs and other less light workers of our industries we have been doing more harm than balance to Mother Gaia, but even more to ourselves and other beings we share this planet with. We also harm them still, for meat consumption and the lack of love for these beings. The Essence of what this Blog is about This post is about breath, breathing, the lungs of Gaia, our own lungs, the air and this element air we have been harming for years and also the other four elements and our bodies (physical and non-physical). The created synthetic virus, called spike proteïne, will cause a new less light ways for your physical body, because it follows the same mistakes Louis Pasteur made and also because less light forces on Earth aim for control, therefore stuff is created for that single goal. The "virus" shows that unhealthy (read: not balanced enough) bodies, together with regions of heavy air, earth and water polluted industries in these elements, that not have been cleaned got hit hardest and it worsened the rate of "infections". I will get back to this later on. First I will speak on what a virus is and what true health is.  The virus they named crown and what a virus really is and not what we were taught! The first discovery of bacteria and viruses leads us way back to the beginning of science, the first microscope times and the wrong assumptions being made by these first discoverers of these minute infectors. Specific science and specialist doctors (with one expertise) look mostly at only their one specialiced way without looking at the whole of things. Most normal doctors have always followed the line of Louis Pasteur blindly that virus can infect from one human to another and eventhough Pasteur admitted on his deathbed that Béchamp was right, we still till this day follow the idea that viruses are "infectious", like bacteria. They are not. Bacteria are but they are alive and life organisms. Hence Pasteur create the first vaccins against bacteria. But these were different than this new "gene-therapy" that has been developed. A virus is dead material, or material our cells no longer need or function with and are not needed for our own cells work good, so it is excreting that poisining from within! The word virus also means in Latin: Poison! So now feel into way this virus has been named "crown" and for what purpose. Responsibility for your own temple, your body! This is where another scientist from that day comes in and this is Antoine Béchamp and also in that framework I want to mention Claude Bernard, who agreed with Béchamp's ideas. Béchamp idea is what we now more or less call, holistic healthcare, and looks at the environment (in our human case, our physical body), where the physical health condition is key to the development of a virus. A virus can only become if the environment is in bad shape and is not well. This can be a proces of years of misbehavior (like wrong food intake, done too little sports, unhealthy lifestyle etc.) and to be fully aware of this takes for humans a certain kind of responsibility of ourselves towards our physical body, which I always call: your temple! When we consider that our own cell excrete viruses it is a clear indication that our lifestyle has been not well balanced and our body needs a renewal. Or a different approach or cycle to be in. This is all part of our inate immune system and Source designed it perfectly well! Now if we look at the larger picture of the word environment, we can also bring in air, water and earth pollution in the frame to feel into what is balance needed for our physical bodies. And thirdly I will definitely bring in the aspect of the energy field, of our non physical bodily aspects, which are the with-IN and the origin of the start of our balance. Te physical body follows that path. So when we are well with-IN and n our energetic fields, we enhance the physical body with balanced wellness. So we are already getting to a more holistic way of feeling into what health really IS! The fourth thing we can bring into the frame is the planet Gaia, her beautiful environment and the other planets with our bright Sun too. And as fifth element the space of Source, which is in every aspects of life.  How many strings do you play? In a way it is about how may environments you are able to grasp and tap into. For simplifiers among us feel into all and see it as One completeness, and you will take care of the Whole of that Oneness. For the detailistic souls among us, learn every layer and aspect of each environment an learn how to create a holistic view of each layer. This is what the eastern energy teachings and ways have taught us, to take care of, for example, each chakra, to learn in that way to take care of the whole of your body. In that way feel your environments as strings of a guitar and learn how to play each string differently to be able to create nice tones and harmonies, and in the end make lovely music. This analogy is of course your body being able to be healthy. No matter how we do it, it remains in these two ways always (w)holistic, and a reminder of how Béchamp taught us to look at the complete environment in which something is created. Make your body create music and your body will dance for you! Know your strings.  The True CrownTo finalize this post I want to state that there is a reason in certain books references were being made by Source to certain energies, like the in the book of Jews and Christians where God was seated on a thrown, becoming a crown element, with four elemental beings next to and around its thrown. This is a reference to the (w)holiness of the five and the Star element Source IS. This Star element is also inside each of us and a reference to what our Heart, Soul and Body should truly connect to! In my forthcoming E-book I will explain certain stuff in this post more in depth, but for now I have kept it more general. New Starfamilies The Alderin, humanoids from the system around the star of Aldebaran, have shown me new wisdom of our bodily system and I wish to shortly introduce them in this post very briefly. They speak of connecting to our hearts more strongly, especially in these times, because it is essential to be connected to Source, within our Hearts! Raiba's words for you all "...Wisdom flows from the soul, fire is a spark from the sexes, air is a Hu from the essence of the breath of God, waters is an essential substance needed to make all others flow, and earth is a substance to live and stand upon, to wonder. All four connect to work in unison when each place of the four in the machinery of life is understood. Your hearts have four chambers, that give your fluids a flow, carrying within its streams the elements of air, earth and fire (warm food/drinks). When you add this fifth element IN-side your heart, you will start to connect with Source, who is the great Breath, the Great Stream, The Great Fire, the Grand Earth and the Greatest Star energy of Life. Connect all your elements as One, for five is the flow of the All..." Be a five pointed Star, ISIS smiles As we work with the four elements we create a fourth dimensional way of life already and this connects us to our hearts. When we bring in the final fifth elements of Source (who brings us energy, chi or mana) , we become for the first time whole and the fifth dimension is in reach. I will end this blog with stating that it is time to put on your real crown and that is in truth to bring Source back into your life and to be with that fifth and with that aetheric element! Be the Earth, ground Be the Water, flow Be the Air, breathe Be the Fire, shine Be the Aether, Be with the All in All I love you All, as a Whole.
