Dear Heart-Stars, dear Stars,

This blog post will be a little follow up on the previous energies of the 3-6-9 sequences flow, of the trinity of trinities, and today we will speak of another Universally known flow.

When we look into the world and the state of it today we feel a lot of worried hearts and emotions of fear underlying these worries. Around me I hear a lot souls speaking about. This is in normal 3D boundaries the flow most tend to still go into. Today we wish to call upon your hearts to change your energy and away from these worries. Let your low fear and worry energies not enhance into the overall flow. From the higher side of things let your worries go and flow into a state of Joy. Let worries slide of your shoulders, for they are always unnecessary.Why we say this is because of the following energies we received from the Fornaxians and their Star system.

​Most of you have heard of the Flower of Life and all the energies it contains and the sacred geometric patterns that belong to it. The ancient symbol was already found and a very ancient building called Osireion, at Abydos, in Egypt. This is a picture of it on the Osireion walls.

Many of the known symbols and patterns are known to all, like the platonic solids and the Flower of Life etc, like below. Below here you can see four of these known essential patterns and energies of Source. 

On this day we wish to speak of a higher energy we can give the energies that we have been presented with in this time-frame on Earth, and that is the energies of Joy. This connects us directly to the energies of the 7th dimension of Joy, Enjoyment, Forgiveness and Contentment. The Fornaxian gift I was present was shown to me by two souls dear to me now. This is of course, first, my Twin Flame Tee'nah,who is also my soul, who showed it to me on 06-09-2016 already and gave this a very feminine explanation, as the symbol had a feminine eye in it. The energies of Joy flow again IN, from a deep Universal feminine energy. The second soul who gave me the explanations with these Fornaxian info, was my friend Rochak, who is aboard our lovely Lightship the Mythia. Now, Rochak is very known among the Ruatians, where he is called by the Master title, Ala'an. Ala'an is called by the Ruatians, the Decipherer, and knows all the codes there are in the Universe. He always reminds me of Thoth a bit, when it comes to sacred geometry and numbers. On this sacred complementing energy he gave me the following words, at first glance:

​"...Walk in Joy my friend, it will uplift the Heart and the Soul, for everything given must be taken in Joy!... "

Next I got a lovely message from Tee'nah as I was struggling with some news facts, bad non-loving politics etc...so, I was given a more calming message on 4 November 2016, which I will share today, for it is meant for us all to feel Joy again, not just me. Awaken your Joy!

* = To explain the breathing here a bit. The Fornaxians live in a airy and moist environment, meaning the combined the air with the water, meaning to breath the air and the energy particles of light softly with Joy into our watery bodies...

As Fornaxian have yellowish pigmented skins, with a purple cheeked flair on their cheeks...I love these colors on their faces.

This was the Symbol given to me on 06-09-2016 by Tee'nah, with the Feminine eye awakening...as Joy flows within the Feminine Universal energies again, I made a very first simple sketch of it of what she showed me from our Twin Flame data banks:

The mysterious E'len given by Tee'nah

Now who was this being E'len and what was its message...

The above symbol given by Tee'nah is found in the sacred Flower of Life and relates to a feminine flow. Just find it in the Flower of Life.

​After this symbol, which I needed to feel into first again, I let it all settle for a while because so many sacred tasks happened in between, which we performed with the Mythia and other Lightships. 

After two months I began two feel more into this again, as Tee'nah came up with new images and visions of this sacred energy. Joy is a powerful energy which can be used in many situations. Also the energies in which we spoke of in the last blog-post would come up again , of the 3-6-9, and the sacred four is love wave is in this interwoven. Also the sacred connection between our own Flame and the Flame of Jo&Ashura, made complete sense, when more deeply understanding the flow of Len.

Crystal aboard the Mythia

On April 9, 2016, Tee'nah had already spoken to my Raiba higher self before, about one of our sacred crystals aboard the Mythia, called Crystal of Ba'di'n (also called Badien, or Badian), and this crystal helped me then to do a sacred soul recalling, recognition, and remembering meditation. centered in our meditation room aboard the Mythia. This Crystal connected me then already back to a Star system that I saw starting with the three letters For... and then some more letters, which I did not see at that time, so when Ala'an spoke to me on Fornax and the Len meditation of that time, suddenly this also settled in nicely. The Crystal is of Ba'di'n is a Crystal we carry inside our Lightship Mythia. It was found by Ala'an and his sacred followers, who came from the Fornax system, and were also on a sacred journey in the Hyades system, where me and Tee'nah also once found the Irialin Crystal, when we were in our Pleiadean bodies, that was then brought to Sirius A for safe keeping. That will be out somewhere this year hopefully too.

Ala'an spoke of his own ancient story to me/Raiba, in the fact that he is known in Fornax as E'len. Ala'an is a higher form of all his energies and aspects. Rochak is also one of his aspects, he often uses aboard the Mythia, which is a bird being energy. He brought the Crystal of Ba'di'n to the Fornax Star system, to the Fornaxians, like humans are the Children of Ra, or children of the Sun, so are the Fornaxians children of their Star system, and they are Joyful beings, because they follow the Joy energy or energy of Len, through this Crystal of Ba'di'n. Their skin is beige, to yellow, with a purple wave on their cheeks, highly connected to a damp and moist airy environment. The planet that E'len found this Crystal had also an ancient Well, with Stones encircled around them, an sacred geometry woven into it. This is well seen throughout the Hyades system. Also the planet where we found Irialin had caves filled with wells, pools and underground rivers and we also found that Crystal within a Well. More on that in the coming e-book.

Ala'an speaks to me on the Len:

"...Many seek Light, many seek sadly also darkness, yet, the union of the spaces, is a bartered space. When seeking light, turn to (en-)lightened ones, when seeking less brightness turn to souls that dim the brightness, if it is unbearable for you to hold. Fleece the flow if you must. The Light of E'len is the light of the Four flow, from the Light sought by four beings, or four souls. The energy of Four is Love is always used, for the sacred space given in the in-between is the space of Len. Len, a being of the Source-kind, has given me it's older aspect name. I know all its digits, geometry and energies. Len is also known in other systems as Majulen, Majurulen, Mu'len and of course E'len. All these names come from the Being Len, and all these names come from similar flows of Joy, connecting to Len, the Joyous Space, each name coming from different star systems. The Being of Len is therefore known in different Star systems.

Four is Love

When Four souls connect to Len, the space of Len, we will see/feel, that their connecting comes firstly from their own four Heart Stars, but when united in the shared space, creating a fifth energy alignment, a new circle of Light, the space of Len, which is of a Joy energy and also similarly related to what is called a Pentawave energy, an alpha wave energy will emerge between these four souls, creating a fifth. We will show you the symmetry ans sequences of the Len energy, connected to the two, four, three, six and nine sequence. The latter three are called the sacred trinity of trinities, the unified trinity energies combined, weather they stream from a source-like being, like Len, Pu, Mu, Yahweh, Da'rthu, or directly from Source itself, or even a Twin Flame trinity energy, emerging from Twin Flames.

​The sound of Ee, or Ii, is known through many Star Systems. Sound your voices and meditate in groups of Two, Four, or groups of Three. Use the energies of the trinity (groups of three) and of the four (Len energies). Feel all the sequences flowing through it. 3-6-9, four is love and Source's holy trinity.

Next I was shown a set of geometric patterns belonging to this by Ala'an...which will be seen more below. The Joy of Len can be used in flows of Four and multiplications of 4, like 8, 12, 16 etc... It can also be created by two souls meditating, creating a number three energy of Joy. So settings of 2, 4, 8, 12, 16 souls/people, will be creating the energy. :))

Also souls of 3, 6 and 9 can flow harmonically with this, and their multiplications, as we have shown in the last blog post and the e-book.

The use of of Len must be unconditional and free in the love giving/sending, for Joy is an energy that is to be shared in a Four is Love way, unconditionally.

Tee'nah came back to me firstly with this image of the Len in October 2016. The Circles represent four souls and their centers is their heart stars, in connection as souls. The green drawn energetic space in between is called: Len

Ala'an gave me these sacred geometries belong to the Len, for you all to feel into. you will see all sequences we spoke of, flow back into the framework.

First the Four souls connecting as One.

Some patterns within it start to emerge

As the Len begins to form, we will also flow now, from the fifth, the energies of 3, 6 and 9, which will emerge. For two souls connecting, just face each other and create the form of the three, like this, in the sacred space of Len, or Joy. The two will create a third circle of Joy. This is not the same as the Twin Flame trinity energy, but it will create a third circle of Joy and Happiness. :))

Next the six...six souls working in one Len...but, can also create 3 Len's...

And even the 9 spiral...the spiral of 9 souls will create 3 or 6 Len's... or One Len, as seen below. 

 As you may already have guessed, the difference between all these sequences is the strength of the Joy being created. The more souls, the more powerful the the energy of Joy, the bigger the energy of Len.

Joy is a wonderful energy, also the the Cetian beings are well familiar with, especially the Dolphin species and Fornaxians are family with Sirius B humanoids and Cetians, called Cetaceans here on Earth, or aquatic mammals. On Sirius B and C  mixes of these two emerged, known still on Earth (from soul memories) as Mermaids people or  other mixes. Fornaxians are a mix of the Star family from the Whales constellation, Cetus, where we have spoken of before too and Sirius B and C mixed races. Also this, Fornax is also connected to Eridanus Star Family.

Len can also be voiced, via the throat chakra, but more on that in future.

The next thing we will speak of in this Len energy is the the Four Eye's also watching an flowing as One Eye and Space. It is represented in this picture.

As you will see it holds many energies (crosses, triangles, bows, diamonds, rhombus', cubes, circles), but the Len and Joy geometry is in its Center.

The Last thing we wish to speak about is the energy of Spring. For most people Spring means the first Sun rays beginning to shine again after a long winter season. Spring is one of the Four seasons, but I feel most will agree when I say it brings a huge Joy to feel the new seasons of Light begin again, to warm our bodies. It is this type of energy that Len brings. It happens to be so that the Dutch word Lente, or Len-te, has the meaning of Spring time. This is very significant, for it to be connected to a season which brings so much Joy to our bodies and feelings, isn't it? ;))

As we have spoken of the Four is Love flower before, the Heart Infinity Flower, this Len energy comes from the Heart Infinity Flower flow, creating  Joy and Youth! 

​This is the HI Flower, shown below. The Flower is created from Four evenly made circles, also it has four rhombus'around each petal. Read for that our previous blog post again, for the 9 is prominent as the everlasting spiral. You will feel the 9 and the 16 in this again.

The Dutch word Lente, I looked up in the dictionary today, to really see what it means. it means many things, like a boys or a girls name (feel the togetherness flow of masculine and feminine we spoke of) and it is the name of the first season of the year.  

It also means this: youth, young-hood.... and youth of your Life, where Flowering is hugely connected to!

So youth and flowers! 

That is a huge coincidence right? Or, are there no coincidences in Life, ha ha. ;))

And what does Easter have to do with it, or as the English say, to lent...for being clean and clear IN-side is essential to be able to work from your inner heart in this meditation. Germans call it Lenz.  

​Easter, Pentecost and lent(e) are such old season names and cleansing rituals come to the fore, which are part of being clearing, and so cleansing rituals are prominent in this time and season of the year, which consists of 4 seasons. Yes, Four is Love. March is the time of Lente...of Joy and RE-Joy. And we are entering this time of year again soon...

Lente also means the lengthening of the Days, the growing of the Light of the Sun in the days. So, we advice by doing it in Fours, you will create Joy, with a clean and clear inner heart!

How do 4 become 5...dear Star friends, Venus is on the Rise...Love IS.

Give Joy wherever you go, in whatever you do and whatever you Say, or Speak. Wise and owl souls will always speak in Joy, to flow happy energies, with harmony in heart.

It will bring you into the sixth and all the way up into the ninth...eventually. ;))

Dear Stars,

Last time we spoke on RNA/DNA and more...today we will expand in this. We will do this in a reflection to you with sacred and holy numbers.

The Cosmos and its Universes is a remarkable space and hides many places within its unending chambers of love. The effortless in which Source combines all this is itself an mouth opening experience to feel.The ways that are imaginary ( ha ha) are also the ones that are real. For in truth, what is imagining? Just another reality... ;))

The words we will show today is a world of numbers, especially a few numbers, which are deeply found in the symbols of the sacred way of Source. As you all know what I have stated on Source before, it has no Name, it simply states it as this, its utterance: I AM.

Before we start this, we will show you these numbers, to feel in, as each letter has a number in our alphabet, of 26 numbers, an infinite number 8 and its flow. So just look:

I AM  

I = the 9th number of the alphabet.

A = the 1st letter, the alpha, the first creation, out of Love.
M = the 13th Letter, a Mother's energy and a Four.

9 + 1 + 13 = 23 = 5 

Infuture we will speak of the 5, the Pentawave. 

In many religions they gave Source names and energies and all are just flows of One Presence-Essence and Omni-Present Entity...it lives through ALL you can imagine...I am one of the few who has never given it a name, not in the Tao (Or Dao), the I Ching, or even now again. It simply IS and Exists and forever will BE. A Name is not needed, when it is the ALL.

ALL = 1 + 12 + 12 = 49 = 13 = 4 = Love.

We ALL are Love. And therefore we ALL are of Source.

Now before we will speak of numbers we will state that the Way Source works is through imagining, seeing, feeling, symbols and numbers (they come often through scientists). But, numbers are also deeply given through spirit and as a gift of IN-spiration. So the Teaching is given in many ways. The Way is a structure to combine it all.

In Egypt, Source was simply called Pu, if we convert this into the modern day alphabet, it's number becomes a 37, or a 10, which is the number of Source, the Whole. 1 Codon or codegen, and one Stop code.

Our DNA has four bases, four triplets, or codons/codegens, 4 to the power of 3, or 4 x 4 x 4,  is 64 codegens or codons.

Also, 10 to the power of three, or 1000, Source's Holy Number.

The breath of Creation, knwon to the ancient Egyptians, which is simply called Hu sometimes, but more specifically it is Huh...just speak this word...and breath these letters...you will feel the importance of the h behind it, in the outbreath it is sounded. Huh in numbers is, 8 + 21 + 8 = also 37, again, the 10!

Why does our Sun have a mass of 1,988 x 10 to the power of 30 kg.
This is an 8, or 1,988 and 9 triplets of zero's behind it. Like this:

1,988,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 kg

But that is a long way of writing it down, so the above is more handy ;)) but the weight and mass of our Sun, is an infinity number:  8.

The Teaching

When Source teaches, through science, or spirit, through IN-spiration it gives IN-sight into its truth and we come a little piece closer to its vats knowledge, wisdom and Essence. The only difference between Earth teachings and Star-family teachings is in the Way they have received it, from which base point and what they have studied (spiritual and scientific) and the Way they have United both these fields of expertise. Star-family have complete merged science and spirit, therefore, seen through Earth eyes, becoming magical and light.

On Earth we still see a big gap between both, but we also see here and there more merging fields emerging, between both of these...this is because of the new energies coming IN and the fact the Earth overall consciousness feels that it needs to come together to be able to move forward, as a whole. Going in separate ways is not an option anymore. As Scientist become more aware of particles and energy (quantum fields) and spiritual ones connect even higher / deeper into these fields, to guide in alignment. It only sad to see that media mostly scientists are credited for their new "discoveries". From this observation we can tell there is still much to be don eon merging and balancing together here on Earth with these to fields of experts.

Today we will speak of sacred numbers and symbols. And a bit of science too. Why we speak of numbers today is because of the fact that they have come IN, into inner heart from the soul (IN-spiration), and not through science. Some numbers and aligning have been made aware in science, but not these.

When we first start to see the Whole Light, instead of the fragments, we will see the whole spectrum of Source and not the pieces we want to see happen and proof it is like that. We need to see first the Whole.

What is the Whole?

The Whole is simple to explain as everything revolves within spirals and circles, it simply means that the Whole is a circle and a dot. Everything in-between the dot and the circle, moves in spirals, within cycles and fragmented cycles and spirals. Yep...all the other sacred geometry fits within the circle...

How can we see this?...Well, like this, the 10:

This is an infinite bubble flow, as the spiral moves through the dot, it become a macro circle, which spirals within that circle again, etc. Also the reversed flow can be felt. Between these flows the sacred symbols and numbers flow, also, in its infinite sacred spiral(s) and wave(s). It is simply key to find the sacred symbols and sacred numbers belonging to it. Ancient man has shown them to us, as they saw and felt from within. Shamans of ancient times and ancient Sun worshipers/gazers knew the truth and gave these symbols a long time ago. The mind does not understand such matters, only the soul, working through our heart's. Feel only into the sacred spirals they gave and ancient Sun signs given to us. Each flower on Earth shows us this sacred wisdom and symbolism.

But it is also given in modern day Science, by gazing through Telescopes, where we see the spirals of the Macro, the Spiraled solar systems and even Universe. As the Macro, so is the Micro...

Now, we could easily start a blog on Fibonacci and Binary Star systems, but we will just go into numbers and let you feel them. This is important, for it needs to go INside, taken IN. The soul needs to reflect. Not the mind.

 Tesla and the 3, 6 and 9

Tesla once spoke a few famous words, a real cosmic truth, on how the cosmos works  more so, also how energy itself works, through the sacred knowledge of these three numbers. He never detailed on the real "lines" of these numbers, which is more like, spirals. This only means he knew something profound inside his heart and soul. Which is true, dear beautiful Stars.

When we go back to our circle we showed already above we will unravel a few things about this.

Remember this from my Lao aspect now: "... The Circle is the Dot ...and the Dot is the Circle...unending..."

Within the circle through the dot, lies the spiral of infinite flow.

That being said, we will speak about the spirals of 3, 6 and 9 first and expand with the 4. We also like to show you again, the Infinite 8 flow , filled with 3, 6 and 9's, in there, the rhombus of the 4 and the 16, as we showed before the Lao geometry in this post.

Love is eternal and never dies, even if your heart seems to be a little shut down to "it", the seed of love never dies, ever! So don't let your mind , and even your own heart, fool you...the soul inside your heart never forgets the love. So...remove the inner children in your hearts that hold on to hurts...and Light up these children that hold on, for nothing. Remember the Light bubble of Love you felt...not the hurts.

Numbers of the Circle and the Dot

When we take the Circle, which consists of 360 degrees, we will see something emerge immediately. As the Circle encompasses everything and it is the most profound form in the cosmos, as all other geometry fits within it. The eternal Flower, or Infinite Flower, is its energy.  

As a simple little thing shows us that the Circle is made up of three numbers, as 3, 6 and 0 and it consist of 3, 6 and 9. Just look with me... we see a three, a six and a zero. We will explain further.

3=3
6=6
3+6 =9 
3+6+0=9
and the zero= the dot.



Now we will divide the circle into smaller angles and segments. We will do this by dividing them into 12 numbers.
All of these numbers dissect the Circle into a smaller segment of the whole, which is a part of the spiral of 9.
So let us first divide 360 degrees into the 12 segments of life, making new angles.

360/12 = 30 degrees
360/11 = 32, 727272 etc..connected to Thoth and Lao
360/10 = 36
360/9 = 40 (=4= Love)
360/8 = 45
360/7 = 51,428 etc (making a 9) and is also the Egyptian month, without Thoth's number.
360/6 = 60
360/5 = 72 (Sirius pyramid)
360/4 = 90 (the Atlantian symbol, with the four is love cross)
360/3 = 120
360/2 = 180
360/1 =  360

Now as we glance upon these numbers and angles, we see that only the dividing by the numbers 3, 6 and 9, the result angle will always be different, than the result of the divine angelic 9 number. It will flow back to the same number then as its divided with. With 3 and 6, it will be a 3 and 6 again. With 7 and 8 it will be a 9 too, but dividing the 360 degree circle by 9, it becomes a Four is Love number. Some numbers have special meanings. More below.

So why are these specific numbers on the Mark?

Next we will flow into frequencies, and as you all know, they relate to vibrations:

The 432 Hz!

The natural realms of frequencies, sounds, light and energy...and inevitably Vibrations and Dimensions.
Harmonics of Life.

As spiritual souls know, the longer a certain frequency is attained and maintained  within your own energy field, it becomes your new vibration. Vibration is simply the length of a certain frequency maintained...a wave...or spiral that is kept flowing. For that souls like me and other meditating souls, use daily practices to keep this frequency flowing or attain even higher frequencies, so more can be seen, felt, smelled, touched through these new frequencies reached.

The Golden Apple has this kind of stabilizing field effect and vibration. It works gently within your heart as you expand it through your auric field, when you first connect within its dot, its golden space within your inner heart and expand it slowly outward, through out all your body of physical and etherical.It touches every layer till all of your field can maintain this golden energy within its particles, or energy. it is surrounding all of your aura at one point or even beyond that, if you are able to maintain it for a longer period of time. The more souls you will touch.

We all know 432 Hz as the most harmonious frequency and there is a reason for it. The reason is called 9!
And when it becomes a 9, it becomes a 3 too.

Let's see, we will divide the 432 Hz, again into 12 sections. Always returning to the 9 spiral of triples. As Source has 12 major sacred Flames and energy lines.

432/12 = 36 = 9
432/11 = 39,272727272727 = 39 + 45 = 3 +9 = 12 = 3
432/10 = 43,2 = 9 (this also means something more, but this will be in a little e-book forthcoming)
432/9 = 48 = 12 = 3
432/8 = 54 = 9

Solfeggio also reduced the numbers to 3, 6 and 9, always! But that you can find all over the internet.

Whe we specifically look at the infinity number of 8, which becomes a 54 and a 9 we see two very ancient holy numbers. These numbers have been used in many ancient civilizations and religions. 

The tables of 3, 6 and 9 always relate to each other.

As all of this happens within the Circle of Source, the Macro, and this also happens within the Dot, the Micro.
Some more numbers and 3, 6 and 9 sequences to continue with, multiplying with the 9 Hz...in steps of three's according to Lao:

3 x 9 Hz = 36 Hz  --> reducing back to number 9
6 x 9 Hz = 54 Hz  -->  9
9 x 9 Hz = 81 Hz  -->  9
12 x 9 Hz = 108 Hz --> 9

The required flows will always extend their reach into the tenth, pointed into the middle of the Circle...or Octagon too, or other sacred geometric fields of energy.

Four is Love, the Alpha wave...as it relates to the 9!

The Alpha ...and consequently, the Omega/Tau..

As we spoke on the 3, 6 and 9 and its triplet energies, as Lao spoke of in past times in his Tao of Life, and I Ching, this trinity flow will have also another aspect in its flow, which we will now speak of too. This is the flow of the Four, the main Love of Source, speaking it, through the feminine flow, one of its aspects. This does not mean it is more important (because that would be polarized viewing!), but that its spiral is just the feminine flow of things, as we have seen spirals of the 9, the ovary spirals, as we sometimes call it on the Mythia...ahem. It does not mean the Masculine flow is less important, for the seeding flow has other numbers...and lines. More on that in future, because it is a highly complementary energy and wave as well.

Today we speak on the Alpha wave of Source, the Wave of the Four, in its Sacred Union with the 9, in numbers. A very beautiful clock work. When we put the number 4 inside our vision and look at its current form we see it as upright and not in its ancient form anymore, the alpha.

What is a Four I recently asked my new girlfriend...she intuitively asking herself from within said to me: Love!
Exactly right, my dear Stars of Love. why did she feel this intuitively?

We all on Earth are Stars, weather we know it and realize it or not, all 7 billions souls of us and these high souls orbiting around this beautiful blue planet. Each dot and circle of a soul is connected to sacred stars...as far away as your mind may be away from this knowledge, it is however true. Some realize it a bit, other are closely connected to this sacred awareness. Within all the Stars and systems there run clockworks and spirals, and in every spiral there is the Nine energy and the 4 energy of the Mother (yet, also the Father), the heart infinity, the Flower of Infinity and the Love of the United Source of All there IS, flowing its Mother Love and Father Love, through the Spiral of Nine and Four...

We have spoken of the Rhombus before, with its Nine points and the 64 codons related to the Rhombus energies. The Arcturians are most familiar with these energies and smile every time someone mentions or speaks about it. I will also honor my friend Confucius here, also known as Dwal Kuhl,  who has showed me in 2012, the flow of the 16 before, the Sacred Rhombus, times 4! A quadruple Rhombus energy, which Dwal Kuhl called QT, Quadruple Triangulation...as we have shown in our previous post. This is a large Rhombus, which contains 4 smaller ones, a large Nine, containing 4 smaller 9's. It contains three energies, a diamond energy, a square energy and a circled energy around the diamond. This quadruple energy maintains the new energy chakra system, or new inbuilt DNA energy structure. This acts as a new module that was being built in. See below.

Again we see here this number 4! There is divine zodiacal truth in the four...as the Atlantians knew. They had the Circle symbol divided in four parts, or 90 degree angles. We will speak more below of these numbers 4 and 9.

Okay, the sacred numbers from the four, connected to the Mother flow of the Nine.

First the Rhombus, or as mathematicians or scientist call it, the parallelogram, and spiritual souls call it a diamond energy. And as spoken of by Dwal Kuhl in 2012, when he spoke of the 4 x 4 rhmobus of a quadruple kind, see picture below. We all speak the about the same dear Stars... ;))

Four is Love and the Sacred Union with the 9

The letter Aleph is an ancient form connected to the energies of the Four and the flow it makes. Alpha became the Greek form of it three Egyptian, Phoenician/Canaanite to Greek alpha. It also went into a Hebrew form, but that form went in a different direct-ion.

As you have seen above in the Rhombus form, we see that each small Rhombus contains 4 alpha forms, or aleph forms. Again four.

The Four has an energy that always flows together with the 8 and the 16 (or 7 too).

Read with us, into the numbers, of 4 and 9 ...and multiplications of the 9:

4 x 9 = 36 = 3+6 = 9
4 x 18 = 72 =  7+2  = 9
4 x 36 = 144 = 9
4 x 72 = 288 = 9
4 x 144 = 576 = 9
4 x 288 = 1152 = 9
4 x 576 = 2304 = 9

If we make it an adding up, like say: 4 + 9, it becomes a 13, reducing to: 1 + 3 = 4! Always!
Just look, two more examples:

4 + 18 = 22 = 2+ 2 = 4
4 + 36 = 40 = 4 +0 = 4
4 + 72 = 76 = 7 + 6 =  13 = 1 + 3 = 4
4 + 288 = 4+2+8+8 = 22 = 4
4 + 9216 = 4+9+2+1+6 = 22 = 4
etc...

As you feel the sacred Union of Nine and Four merged in One flow, we speak soon, some time in future, of a most sacred flow of the Cosmos. An even more deeper sacred energy, which we have spoken of before, but will explain in more and greater detail in future. All you need to know now is that the Four (Love energy) is connected deeply to the energy of the angels (the 9). And that there are is immense Love in the Cosmos and many angelic beings of many different forms. The numbers can be expressed, but they will not fit our calculators.  

A Lao lesson and the frequency of 432Hz

Speaking as Lao here:

"...When I started seeing triples, in an age where shamanism was just a short passage of and to the past, the works of litterature became popular and the flow of the Garden of Flowers brought sweet nectars of wine, the sectors of the sand I examened, of very specs of the infinity flows, taught to me by Quan Yin. When the sacred heartbeat of the Mother and here energies, which Quan Yin guided me into in the day, we spoke of it as an 8 flow. An introduction into lucid dreams and flower essences gave the strength and wisdom to flow into this system of Life. Each angle was researched and given an aspect and a call to refelct upon. The basic flow of the Corebeat of this planet is connected to this triplets of energies and to the 8.

I started with the 8, on the basic knowledge of the sands of time in the flower of the Rose. Also that each step is a 3. The basis begins with 1000, yet, being the number of the All, we can feel its basic step 3. Dear Stars, just divide 1000 / 3 , we will get the number, 333,3333333333333, which makes a 3 again. Now, just look at this sacred number, 3 before the comma, and the 13 3's behind it, becoming a 16 figured number. As the Rhombus gives a divine 9 and 4 x 4 smaller rhmobus' we will flow also the 4 + 4 = 8. As we know know the number 8 is infinity and also the heart beat of this lovely blue planet called Earth. Remember also that the sacred bagua form of the octa energies gives a dot in its center, the sacred 9th number, hiddenin its center, combining all flow. And as my friend Konfu (Confusius) spoke before of the 16 or quadruple energy flow, the greaterRhombus energies.
The energy of the thousand is the total of Source, the Whole, the 360 degrees+ 1, ahem, the 9 + 1. The total energy. On a larger scale of measurement it is the energy of Source. When the Heart Infinity flower was in there I decided to feel into this drum of Earth, and measure it as Octa. Just look, 1000 / 8 = 125 = 1+2+5 = 8

As we all know the Earth heartbeat is the Schumann resonance of 7,81 Hz, or approximate to 8 Hz.
Also the 13 numbers of the 3 behind the comma is a sacred number to Earth Mother, as it is connected to the Moon and the Waters of the Mother's energy. The three numbers before the comma, to the Angels and the Trinity of Source (Father, Mother,and  Child)

"...The journey of a 1000 miles begins with a single step ..."

When you all take a closer look at the the sacred geometric drawing I made from my memory banks, which I simply called Lao, just look further above again, we see in its center two flowers, of the 4 petalled love kind and one smaller inside it, of 8 petals... a center of rhythm. A small drum.

The future will hold an even more deeper look on Lao and his energy. Maybe another Ebook.

For now we feel this is enough information and we hope you will feel the 3, 6, 9 and 4 better, next time you may speak of it, or mention it, to your loved ones. Remember, always, Four is Love and the spiraled sequences of the 3, 6 and 9, flowing in the tenth. And we hope you have also recognized the many triangles, hexagonal and nine energies in these sacred numbers, for they are deeply connected to the sacred geometry of Source.

As Lao spoke of the 3, 6 and 9's, so did Tesla, both knew its secret. And we have only spoken a little fragment today of its true complete knowledge. Vibration, energy, frequencies, holy sacred geometry, particles, photons, dna,  soul, spirit, physicality, are all part of All there IS, called Source. The Whole and the Dot, and all In between.

All lies within the Circle and the Dot. All is with-IN it.

 Dear Stars,

On this Sunday, which is shiny and beautiful over here, where the Sun will meet, in the evening, the Full Moon of the 16th of the 10th, of the year 2016, a perfect 8, and an infinity flow. The energies of the Infinity flow, represented by the full merged flows of the Sun (Ra) and the Moon, we give you an insight in the cycles of Life. We speak today of RNA transcription and translation, codons, water-bridges, DNA and energetic crystalline enhancements (activations) to these factors in the cycle of life.

As we are flowing towards times where science and spirit will meet in the Middle, the Mitha, we will share our Oneness in future. As many still live in the dualistic worlds of science against spirit.soul, there in truth only Oneness. It is time fo flow towards the Whole dear souls.

As you all know, at least the regular readers of this website,  humans consist for the bigger part of water and energy, and a part condensed energy, called the body.  And as the Mythia, our Light ship, and its crew works with precisely these first two big elements of humans and other humanoids from other Star-systems, we can transcript the essence, of all that needs to be transcripted, to make the changes needed. We work with Crystals that are energized with "machines" that operate with light energy, and can instantly transcript, crystallize, translate and transform RNA, DNA, histones and Codons, on an energetic level. Each human has a set base-pairs that can be influenced on an energetic level and transcripted also on that level. But it all begins at the mRNA stage,a single string. More on that later.

Chromosomes, the X Marks the spot!

Each human has 46 chromosomes, 23 coming from the male and 23 coming from the female, as Source always works in a 10, a full circle (46 is a 4+6=10=1). But also 23 is a 5 and 5 plus 5 makes 10. A complete merged effort. Source knowns. We are never just male of female, we are always the two in one, no matter how the body looks like, it is simply a temporary body for the tasks and energy our souls feel like doing and feel like learning, but we always contain the the merged energies of the masculine and the feminine Inside us. Both flows are as One, within us all. We need to look INside, always, never towards the outside. It is just a body...but also honor it very well, for it must be the one doing the soul tasks, as the energy within guides it.

Just take a look at the number 22.

Of the 23 pairs, there are 22 autosome ones and 1 is gender orientated. 22 +1 combine them, you get 22 + 22 and one gender orientated mutation, making 44 +1 = 45. Which is a 4+5 = 9. Also put the 1 before the 44, you get 144. That is also becoming, 1+44, also a 9. For 9 see the also our previous blogpost. 

​First you can read these websites, if you like to learn a bit on RNA and DNA, this means the physical side of it. Also Chromosomes you can read on here. You can read here on codons, where there are 64 of. There are RNA codons and DNA codons. Each consist of 16 pairs of 4 triplets. As 4x3 is 12, another sacred number. Also, 16 x 4 = 64 codons. As we can see in the websites, many sacred numbers keep popping up, like the 4 (Four is Love), 16, 64, but also if you go deeper, the numbers 5, 8, 13, 72, 144 and many more... Our human genome contains all sacred geometry inside it.

Lao Zhu, the I-Ching and the Angelic golden rhombus or diamond

As you know my friends, my previous aspect of Lao, has written in history some good communications on Life itself, which flows like Source and can be dissected into different blocks, or different geometric shapes. One of those shapes was the octagon. The I Ching I spoke of the triplets and the super sacred numbers 6 and 9, and also of the Golden Rhombus. When we look at these two shapes we get a flow that is consistent with this form below, a sacred representation of my flows of then. This the I Ching, the Tao and the Golden Rhombus in One flow.

As the flow of the Octagon was then divided in the male and female sections, instead of 4's, we had much of the number 8 in there, two 4's combined. 

This flow shows so much knowledge inside it, that it is hard to write about them all.

The Rhombus is around the Infinite Flower , by five circles intersected and created, the octagon stands and around it one flow of Source, who is also the central dot of it all.

The Rhombus of the Golden section can be shown as follows. Where we see the sacred numbers flow again.
We see the Inside Rhombus and the Outside Rhombus. The geometric code below is universally sacred.

Many Star family work with the sacred geometric codes of Source. There are many. Due to polarization (called also duality of energies, on Earth) , some does have been deeply misused for for instance "power" and widely misinterpreted! The Sirius triangles like I have spoken about before is one of such that has been misused for the less light purposes. The intent in ones soul and heart should always be love and light to use these codes. 

If we only say the word pentagram on Earth, you can feel already the dualistic minds calling, of this is wrong energy...but is it? We will speak in future more on this...for Earth truth's are never the final truth of the Cosmos!
Remember this very well my dear Stars....for Earthling's simply do not know ALL truth's...

Below the Golden Rhombus, plus four equal ones, as the center one,  each counting up to make 5 equal rhombus'. Each rhombus has smaller ones...16 rhombus in total. All it's point complete 64, the 64 codons of the human(-oid) genome. One rhombus has 9 points, 16 small rhombus'have 64 points. As Lao, would say: "...The way of the Tao are/IS withIN...so let thy heart speak, to know..."

The Work of the Mythia

As all life begins with energy, light, sound and frequencies, or to put it also in a scientific perspective, quarks and god-particles, we will speak a bit on the work we do. As we enhance DNA sequences of the Earth and therefore eventually humans, aboard the Mythia, by doing transcriptions, re-translations and translations, we give mRNA energetically a little message with it...but also for Earth and its cycle itself... ;)) within the crystalline energetic transcriptions running through the mRNA molecule, the DNA is given a new message, so it will upgrade the energies as a whole.This can be done one a very small scale, on a local, regional or an overall Earth scale, depends on what is necessary to be done. All is always done within the Universal Laws of Source. The ethics and codes of the IGC (= the Inter Galactic Confederation) are never broken.

This all works, because of crystalline and water elements within our body and Mother Earth's body, which is also water and crystalline of nature. These elements are essential to work with and create with. 

Aboard the Mythia 9 souls are present and the 9 are complemented by myself as a tenth soul, when my higher self sometimes is aboard, working with them in Unity. One of these souls will speak, also together with Tee'nah, more below in this blog.

The Mythia contains many sacred crystals and works with those, as for every situation there is one Sacred Crystal available to use. Many copies of Crystals can be created because of the technological "machines" aboard, but I must tell, it looks more like magic,then they are actually machines". Star-families are much more advanced in bringing science and energy and "spirituality" together. For lack of better word, will call it spirituality now. In fact it is more like collectively knowing INside, meaning, not coming from the brain, but your soul/heart.  Earthlings still have this path to go. Some are far on the spiritual path...some far on the science path. Both ethic need to come together. This is why they come here to help us go there, for it is the only way. Science and spirituality walk hand in hand in the higher ways of Star-family, in the Cosmos.

Words from Ja'aila

I will end this blogpost with some words from Tee'nah and Ja'aila, her personal assistant aboard the Mythia. When we did a task in May, on the 5th of that month,  the following words were spoken to me, as we used the Crystal of Aral and the Crystal of Mabeia, to perform some tasks we were assigned with, in a certain region on Earth. I left out the specific region on Earth for safety purposes. Tee'nah spoke these words to me on this, followed by Ja'aila and then Tee'nah again:

On the two Crystals,cycles, rhombus and DNA/RNA:

T: For the task in May we will use two Crystals to enhance the rhombus selected for the ... area. The wave of the 5th will bring about happy vibes and love, for freedom. Believe the wave will sequence the DNA of Love, through all windows of the Heart(s)... an excellent time to plant some seeds of love. See me aboard the ship, to get more details from the crew. J: Hello B, listen to me...the reason of RNA is creation, the reason of DNA is containing, the reason for cellular division is spreading and expansion, the reason for juices flowing is birthing, the reason for living is dying the cycle(s). The Full Circle is the cluster of Life, each cycle is longer than the other, but dead grass has nutrition for other "materials" of life, therefore dead isn't dead, all is alive, even when processed, for other purposes. All things fulfill a purpose in the cycles of life, capice?

T: Ha ha, darling Flame, you know that all cycles flow back at you, nothing is "dead", as it is once spoken into life ! Smile at life darling and it will smile back at you.

My dear Stars ...and faithful readers,

First a little thanks to my faithful readers, I know I have been letting you in the dark a bit and wish to extend my love to you! You are appreciated deeply....! :))

I have again come to give some guidance, for the world is walking a thin line at present and we felt it was time to speak our Light and Love again, for much is to come. The angelic energies flow closely around us, as 3D Earth slides ever deeper in its own "fearful" and power mongering energies...sigh. ;)) When you feel it is far away,remember that it IS ever closer, than before......ha ha.

I will begin with the words of my friend JIS. A little Channeling. He spoke to me these words this week, on 12-10-2016 (which is 13, a Mother energy, and therefore a 4, and four is Love) and we need to read them, for the wisdom they are:

"...When spheres flow together, it will BE! ..."

As we have seen the flows of Venus, Mercury and Neptune at work these last months, we are now beginning to feel the effects of those spins and also the new Divine Masculine energies that have come in at the beginning of 2016, which will now affect the male half of this planet deeply...we pray, hope and wish males can hold it together and take IN these new energies,take IN in their hearts! Refusal of these new energies by the male side of this planet, will be a hard action energy coming our way...and we should not be around to witness such energies...open your hearts all masculines of Earth. Breath...relax...breath ...relax....all is Well, if you let in IN!

Furthermore, the last two weeks Mercury has been much present, as it flows from the Venus energies of Love, fourth into the 5th flowing, pentawave style, with help from Mercury. During my holiday (two weeks) about one week ago now, I had many contacts with Ashtar in his Mercury form (Thoth) and he gave me new knowledge on these two planets and also on Source itself. Also Tee'nah and my higher Self energy called, Raibashiit, gave me big help in stepping into this knowledge and giving you some clues on what its about. It flows like a little machine through our Solar system is quite crafty and nifty.  But not only our System.... ;))

The mechanics are numeric in type and will be enhanced during the coming month. But...as spoken, masculine need to awaken their inner hearts! Open up guys...really...stop being an ancient Ur male...:))

Okay, the wisdom is unblocked and will provide new ways to go forward.

My higher self came down from the Ninth dimension and whispers to me these days spirals of the Ninth, as the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th combine me through that knowledge again...more to come, shall we say ;))

Tee'nah and me have been occupied throughout this year with many tasks and in deep united work together aboard the Mythia, our ship of Light, which can be transformed, mutated at the frequencies needed for Earth and our tasks. It's 3D shape is a bit like a traditional shaped ship of "unknown" origins. The work we do is working the pathways, nodes and lines of dear old Mother Earth and so much more..even other Stars systems we went too..which we cannot reveal fully... yet. Some will be written in our forthcoming Ebook about these tasks. Our Unity is sacred and real, as our One Flame is sacred and real. We are little source working in unity, for big Source. We worked with angels, Archangels, Guides, JIS, the AC, Elaxians, Rutians, Pleiadeans, Andromedans, Electians,more Star families too,  Earth elementals, animal spirits, with crystals and much more...all for Earth.

The Golden Diamond, Crystal of the Angels

Dear readers of Love, we will speak of the Golden Diamond the work of the sacred diamond energy of the angels, the Arcturians and the love of their spiraled work. The energies of the 9. When Ashtar connected to me last week we spoke of the 4 and the 5, flowing into the ninth energies. Which unblocked some ancient knowledge,through the 6th, the 42 knowledge of the Judges of ancient lines. As you know the ancient Books of Thoth are ever real and its knowledge contain many pearls of knowledge hidden, for many. Yet, as Ashtar and Sesherat are my friends of ancient, we will today flow a little knowledge of the sacred spiral of the 9, the ancient golden diamond of the angels ...and Arcturians, Electians and Elexians.

The rays of the fifth touch the 9th and the wheels of the days of provenance are here. The weeds of the 8th are crouched in the field of Wen, the Ra of Fornex (Fornax system) and the worlds of M’atenta.

Cruising the ways of infinity is the rural flight of Ya-En and the words of sounds coming from there connect the strange spirals of Venus, Mercury and Neptune to your Earth Wheel.

We create Crystals of Light waves filled and work closely together with the Ashtar Command and the IGC (=Inter Galactic Confederation) members Andromeda, Yurain, Ata’ir, Betazol (Orion) and the Pleiadean delegation from Atjia, in the system of Fornax.

The World will change soon and we can have a good go, in furthering the energies needed to be implemented. The Lights of Crystallized particles, will merge with the Sounds of Aia (Aahi/Ai). We will lead the flow of this, together with the AC (Ashtar Command).

The Mythia will fly towards the nodes set in place and use these to enhance what needs to be brought in. All is in progress…and underway. Listen to your heart and your soul, the music makes the tone you live IN.

Thank you all for patiently waiting on my/our new posts and we hope you all are save and sound in this period of time and linearity...sometimes we will speak from the TF side and sometimes I will speak as from my own energy. This may seem a bit strange for you all to feel but know that is sometimes easier to explain from the merged Flame and sometimes it is easy to speak from the small self, the Earthling and as my Higher Self too.

From the B side first... ;))

It has been a while since I have posted a blog and here it is ...once more. :))

This was due to many reasons, but I was going through a full high reboot of my whole system and because of what came in and the new connections made with Tee'nah and other new beautiful (Earth)-Souls and Star-family.

In between April and now, me and Tee'nah have done many tasks and work together and felt to do a lot of energy work, as one united soul. The Mythia, our "own" Light ship, which we share with more souls (spoken of in future) is a wonderful vessel of Light.

I will speak first of the early months of this year...

For myself the Months of April and May, were quite hard, as I suffered much of the first wave of incoming Divine Masculine energies, especially my head....because firstly of my heightened sensitivity on my side and secondly because I had to even deeper in the soul of myself, a full blown reboot of who I was...and Am. As the pressure, how sweet and gentle as it was and still is, they became full on in these months. I hope the rest of the 3D Masculine energies of this world, will have the strength to hold it together in the months to come...because high and low masculine will be more squeezed. It's time to be i the highest form of energies my friends of heart or fall down deeply low. Much will happen and come under pressure...

The Feminine should be on high support the coming Months, for the Masculines on Earth. Divinely...on behalf of all men and masculine energies, I ask this of you dearly...remain as calm, as you can be...

Also I ask all of you, right NOW, to support Mother Earth, for I have seen her very tired and asking for much support. Her skin is having a hard time keeping it together...Pray, meditate and connect to Mother Earth dear souls, she needs us. We must help her energies...connect to her inner crystal and give her strength to go to her next stage. Show her how many are still connected to her and are willing to go with her journey.

W'd also like to give you a little update on what we have been doing these last months, to show you we haven't been quiet for nothing and we still have much work on this to do.Of course we cannot speak on the tasks but know we are doing very important work to stabilize energies that are not of constructive ways. Also to bring in new energies or healing energies, we work continuously on. With that being said we flow from the Mythia, our Lightship which works as a (light) beacon, a center point and as a tool. What this means is that it can be set to work in many tasks and to many functions needed. It is a multi functional ship. Also a safe 

Tee'nah speaks it as this: "...Darlings, we work from the flow of Source, for the light of the shine must be carried out to shine on Earth as Well... Therefore the new ways must be brought In to flow from that flow in a most smooth pattern and steering, without being noticed too much, felt as a natural flow..."

We will speak coming Months and time on these things and many more deep stuff that has been flowing in, new IN-sights to bring to All. Keep good watch of our messages (blog, channellings and quotes) for we will give them more regular again. 

The Flower of Life

Most of you have knowledge of the Flower of Life and its Essence is felt through out the scientific and spiritual community on Earth. The truth of this is a that both "sides" feel its true Essence and its significance. One soul can spend many Lifetimes working on even one side, of this Flower's Essence, before all is known to that soul about it. This is a truly remarkable Essence of this sacred symbol dear souls. The Wholeness of this sacred symbol is in fact the truth and the Eternal Flower. The Flower of Eternity can be dissected into other symbols, as we spoke.

We will speak in future on some sides of this symbol, so you know what is to come a bit.

For now we just wanted to say Hi and reboot this energy here again for much needs to be said, in order for the energies to be fully known for Earth. As always we ask you all to remain balanced, in your heart, your inner heart to be exact and align with Source (or God, Allah etc... or whatever name you wish to put on this Eternal Presence-Essence)

 Dear Stars,

Again, we ask for more of your prayers and healing energies, to send to and lift up the energies in Ecuador, for a second big quake hit on Thursday, with a 6.0 hit on the Richter scale.

There were too little prayers and too little healings send from the heart and into the heart of Gaia earlier this week. 

We were thinking about tweeting something that might get peoples interest more, like an accidentally blossoming nipple photographed of Kim Kardasian perhaps, to name one example, but that would not be in the highest of energies. How many re-tweets would such "news" generate probably, ha ha. But we feel it would have attracted more tweets than the "negative" news on Ecuador. Soon we will speak on these energies dear Stars, and why humans are not attracted to the negative news. Only "positive" news and energies we seem to "like". But that is not how life is balanced out dear Stars. We must find strength and love in attending and to give care to the negative energies, and so uplift the the whole of the energies of Earth. Avoiding such energies is fleeing from uplifting and participating in raising our consciousness and raising the overall crossbar and energies of Earth. In the next blog we will speak on the overall psychic level and consciousness of the Planet...and our overall inability to raise ourselves beyond a certain level...only the highest and strong in love can.

If you want to be kept ensnared in low level energies, keep following "celebrity news"and the likes of that. We are all equally made in the energy of Source. Celebrities do not exist. Neither does higher or lower exist, only center and true being.

The total count of wounded is now at 12.500 souls and those that have crossed over to the other side of the veil is now at 602. As you can read here, there have been smaller aftershocks after the 6.0 quake too. Focus on restoration for those needing it and on Gaia, in her throws, mainly because of our energies.

Japan also had some strange phenomena going on earlier this week, during the Earth quake happening there. A strange type of foam covered the streets there after a quake.

Bringing the lower INto a higher centered space!

We ask you again to vibrate at the highest frequency possible, meaning make your centers vibrate at a higher level, and focus your hearts energy on Ecuador and Japan...and flow your energies into the Heart of Gaia and her internal heart crystal. Given will lift us all up. Helping other up who needed it, will lift our consciousness on an overall level... Let's do it!

We would like you to do this meditation, given to you by me and Tee'nah, because this is the energy we have been sending around the Earth together. it is a preliminary little something, coming from our knowledge, and coming also from our forthcoming E-book we are writing. This particular Crystalline practice is a union and co-operational field energy work of the Sirians and the Arcturians. Feel the picture and sacred shape below, before you start to meditate.

Meditate in this way dear Stars, a Sirius lesson and gift, from us to you:

Get comfortable with yourself and ease, breathe slowly in and out, bring with this breathing the light first into your root chakra, then bring it up into your heart...hold the Light there. Steady it on a Ball of Light....keep breathing dear Stars.

Feel within your inner hearts Eye, IN yourself, become an geometric golden shape form around your physical body, shaped in a loving flow of the golden triangle first, the base of this triangle flows horizontally through and in the Earth Star and the Apex in the Soul Star, forming the ancient Sirius triangle of the Golden Way and Golden energies. Next we call in an Arcturian energy, another triangle, we will expand the golden lines of the Sirius triangle, into a longer stretched triangle, with the same Golden base flowing in the Earth Star, yet, going downwards with its apex point, into Mother Earth's Heart Core Crystal, touching its apex point into her Crystal. Making the overall Golden triangles together, into an extended Rhombus shape. Now send the Golden Ball of Light into your Heart through the Earth Star and from the Earth Star all the way down into the downward facing Apex of the Arcturian triangle into the Core Crystal of Mother Earth. Feel that Golden Light awake the Crystal of Mother and expand first through the fluids of Mother, calming it more and further outward, through out the Solids of Mother Earth, stabilizing with Golden energy its Core...making the sand crystals (which is quartz), among others, awaken with golden energy and become awake again. Do this four about four minutes. That is enough. And if you feel like doing it in the 8 minutes style, please do. Four is Love, Love is Life, and Life is Love.
